Beginning by breathing deeply,

Feel your body begin to relax and let go,
Letting go into relaxation.
On every out breath,
Feel tension leaving you,
Breathing in,
Relaxing,
Breathing.
As you breathe,
Notice any areas of your body that feel tense.
Breathe into those parts,
Imagining that the in breath is loosening the tension and the out breath is carrying the tension out of you.
Feel the stress and tension,
Creating space to relax and receive the next inhale.
Every cycle,
Be aware of your body and any sensations occurring.
Be aware of your feelings and notice what type of mood you're in.
Notice your mind,
Your thoughts and emotions as they come,
Simply observing thoughts and feelings flow as they flow.
Letting tension melt and dissolve with the rhythm and the cycle,

Relaxing,
Being present and aware.
And it's safe to relax.
It means having your full attention in the present moment,
Your physical body breathing in.

Imagine,
Sense or feel.
Rod of light is extending down from the base of your spine into the earth beneath you.
Anchor line that secures you to the earth.
Imagine,
Sense or feel this rod of light extends all the way down the base of your spine to the deepest center of the earth.
This is your grounding cord,
Assist you to let go of tension that are causing you discomfort.
This happening,
Thoughts and feelings that are causing you discomfort,
As well as giving you an outlet for negatives.
Your grounding cord creates an opening for you to receive nourishment in.
Imagine nourishment,
Nourishment from the earth.
Earth supports you,
Energy flowing in from your feet and the base of your spine.
Receiving nourishment in,
Intention flow out.
Receiving nourishment from the earth.
What you have to do to receive is be available.
Be in touch with the feeling of earth energy,
The feeling of damp rich soil between your toes,
Firm feeling of ground beneath you,
Fragrance of earth after rain.
Be aware of how it feels to be grounded.
Awareness to the universe above you and around you,
The air,
The sun,
The universe.
Need the life force in the air around you.
It enters as you breathe.
Imagine light from the universe pouring over you and into you,
Into you through the top of your head.
And imagine,
Sense or feel that rod of light extending all the way out into the universe above you,
Extending to a source of light and from that source,
Force into you,
Flow through you,
Circulates in your body.
Energy of the universe,
Energy of the earth,
Mixing and merging within you,
Replenishing you.
Intuition of the universe,
Realism,
Mixing,
Merging within you,
Breathing and relaxing,
Feeling of yourself as a fluid,
Receiving,
Exactly breathing,
Energy circulating.
Imagine,
Sense or feel around yourself now,
A boundary of pure white light,
Nurturing and protective cocoon.
This boundary surrounds you,
It is all the way around you and it extends above your head,
Your feet,
In front of you,
From side to side.
Boundary that knows what to let in and what to keep.
Everything within this boundary is your sacred space,
Protects you at all times,
Places and in all ways.
By using your creative imagination,
Feel,
Sense or imagine yourself,
Natural setting,
Maybe somewhere that you've been before,
Maybe somewhere that you imagine.
This is your peaceful place.
Notice your surroundings and spend a few moments becoming familiar with the space that you are creating for yourself.
It is a peaceful place,
A place for you to come and be at peace with yourself.
Place that is always there for you,
Place of absolute safety.
This is your peaceful place and you can create it as you wish it to be.
Place that is always there for you,
Peaceful place,
Things that are pleasing to your senses,
Beautiful scenery that you have a special affinity with.
Listen carefully to any soothing sounds your peaceful place is creating for you.
Within your peaceful place,
Somewhere that you can just sit and be.
Wish you can even build a special place for you to do anything within your peaceful place that makes you feel comfortable yourself,
To just be your peaceful place and know that this is your own personal inner sanctuary to which you can return anytime,
Simply by closing your eyes and desiring to be there.
Always find it healing and peaceful to be there,
To be in your peaceful place.
It is a special place,
A place for you.
Spend a few more moments absorbing your peaceful place.
When you are ready,
Say farewell to your peaceful place.
You can return at any time,
Simply by closing your eyes and desiring.
Acknowledge yourself for your ability.
Such a wonderful space for yourself.
Now gently bring your awareness back into the room,
Into your body,
Into wriggle your fingers and your toes.
Now gently open your eyes,
Bring yourself to full alertness.
