Grounding and Flowing Energy

A meditation to reconnect to the earth and universal life force energy.

Transcript

This meditation will assist you in grounding your energy into the earth and connecting your energy with the universe above you, Connecting as well with your center and bringing you into alignment with all that is. Find yourself now in a comfortable position, Either sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, Sitting cross-legged on some cushions, As long as you're comfortable and your back is straight, And sitting tall and strong like a tree so that your spine is erect and that the energy is flowing freely from the base of your spine to the top of your head. To begin, I'll chant the OM sound three times. You may join in if you wish or just listen to the vibration of the OM sound that holds all of the sounds within the universe within it. The primordial sound of the universe beginning now. OM OM OM Beginning by breathing deeply, Taking a nice deep breath deep down into your belly, Filling your whole body with life force, Oxygen and prana, And then allowing your breath to gently flow out. Breathing in and breathing out. Relaxing and breathing. Breathing and relaxing. Throughout this meditation today, Your focus is on your breath. Your focus is your breath. If you're finding that your mind is wandering to thoughts of the past, Thoughts of the future, Just gently bring your awareness back to your breath and bring your awareness back to this guided meditation. Bring your awareness now to the base of your spine. And imagine, Sense or feel that at the base of your spine is a rod of light that extends way down into the earth beneath you. An anchor line securing you to the earth that extends from the base of your spine, Way down to the deepest center of the earth. Down, Down, Down into the deepest center of the earth. This is your grounding cord. Your grounding cord provides an opening for you to release tension, Negative thoughts and feelings that are causing you discomfort, Any disease that affects your body, Any toxic feelings that you feel that you are carrying. You can let them go down your grounding cord that extends from the base of your spine to the deepest center of the earth. Feel that happening for you now, Letting go down your grounding cord to the deepest center of the earth. Negative thoughts and feelings that are causing you discomfort coming to rest at the deepest center of the earth. Following your awareness down your grounding cord to the deepest center of the earth, Where your negative thoughts and feelings have come to rest. They can be transformed and be transmuted here into something beautiful and positive, For the earth has the ability to do this. Breathing in and breathing out and letting go down your grounding cord. As well as giving you an outlet for negatives, Your grounding cord provides an opening for you to receive nourishment in. Nourishment from the earth traveling up your grounding cord. Like a tree draws nourishment from the earth, You draw nourishment from the earth. Feel that happening for you now. Nourishment from the earth traveling up your grounding cord, Entering into your body through the base of your spine and the soles of your feet. Be in touch with the feeling of earth energy and imagine damp rich soil between your toes, The firm feeling of ground beneath you and the fragrance of earth after rain. Becoming grounded, Feeling your connection to the earth and being in the present moment. Being aware of your physical body and breathing in and breathing out, Relaxing. Bring your awareness now to the top of your head. And imagine, Sense or feel that at the top of your head is a rod of light extends out, Way out into the universe above you. Entering into a source of light and from that source clear light pours into, Flows into, Enters into your body through the top of your head. Light from the universe, Pure, Creative, Loving, Healing light entering into your body through the crown of your head. And noticing your rod of light extending way out into the universe above you. Connecting to that source of light and feeling light entering into your body through the top of your head. Feeling every cell of your body right down to your DNA, Filling you with life force and prana, Energy, Chi. Embracing your whole body. Being aware of the universe above you and around you. Being aware of the air, The sky, The sun, The moon, The stars, The universe, The infinite universe and you are part of it and light from the universe is entering into your body through the crown of your head. And energy from the earth is entering into your body through the base of your spine and the soles of your feet. Energy of the earth and energy of the universe mixing and merging within you. Feeling your whole body with energy replenishing you, Recharging you, Rejuvenating you and all you have to do to receive is be available. For the next several breaths focus your awareness on receiving energy from the earth and energy from the universe mixing and merging within you and resting into the center of your body. Feeling your connection. Feeling your connection to all that is. Creative life force, Loving energy, Universal loving energy. Feels your whole body connects you to life and you know that you are part of a greater whole and yet you are all there is. Feel conscious awareness. And imagine, Sense or feel around yourself now a boundary of pure white light that extends above your head, Below your feet, From the front of you to the back of you and from side to side. This is a wise boundary of pure white light. It's a nurturing protective cocoon. It knows what to let in and what to keep out. It protects you at all times, In all places and in all ways. And it is a boundary of pure white light that the wisdom of your being maintains. In a few moments it will be time for you to return to where you began this grounding flowing energy journey. So for the next few minutes just focus your awareness on your breath and your center of energy within you. Feeling grounded and connected to all that is. And when it's time to bring yourself to conscious awareness I will chant the Om sound three more times. Om sound a third time P handy movement K. Aum. Aum. Aum. Aum. Aum. Bringing yourself back now to full alertness. Gently wriggling your fingers and your toes. When you are ready, You may gently open your eyes. Have a stretch. And return to full conscious awareness. I've been searching for a grounding meditation that grounds rye earth energy deeply plus brings in light energy from universe. Filling the aura is an added bonus at the end. Thank you for such a complete grounded experience!

Great! I feel relaxed and energized. This is my own recording and I am really happy with the pace and flow. Just be warned the first 3 OHM's are quite loud so I hope you don't get a fright! The rest of the recording is on point though :)
