Pulling you in every direction.

This gentle meditation is your sacred pause to find focus,

Reclaim clarity,

And set an inner boundary for your day.

You are ready to prioritize your peace and move with purpose.

Now sitting or laying down,

Close your eyes or gaze down.

Allow your body to soften.

Lengthen your breath.

With each inhale,

Breathe in peace.

And with each exhale,

Breathe out stress.

Exhale letting go of the chaos,

Any rushing thoughts,

To-dos,

Or distractions that clutter your mind.

And they don't own you today.

Picture your heart as your loving leader,

Guiding you today with clarity and ease.

This moment is your boundary,

A line that protects your focus.

You can choose right now what matters most,

And let the noise of the morning fade,

Like ripples settling on a still lake.

Your mind is clear,

Your purpose is steady.

Bringing your hand to your heart space,

Remind yourself of these truths.

I give myself permission to focus on what serves my highest and greatest good.

I am free to let go of distractions that drain my energy.

I honor my priorities with calm and confidence.

I release the need to do everything at once.

I am clear,

Centered,

And enough right now.

Inhale feeling these truths settle in,

And exhale releasing any stories of overwhelm that dim your focus.

And from this place of clarity,

Ask your heart,

What is one thing I can focus on today that will move with purpose?
