Welcome to this guided meditation to release stress and manifest calm and peace.
Find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
As you breathe in imagine you are inhaling calm and peace.
As you exhale imagine you are releasing stress and tension.
Inhaling calm and peace.
Releasing stress and tension.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Scan your body from head to toe noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
As you do this breathe in calm and breathe out tension.
Breathe in calm and breathe out tension.
Imagine a warm gentle light surrounding you,
Enveloping you in a cocoon of peace and love.
This light is a symbol of your inner strength and resilience.
Now imagine yourself in a peaceful place.
It could be a beach,
A forest,
Or a mountaintop.
Whatever place brings you a sense of peace and calm.
Allow yourself to be fully immersed in this peaceful place.
Notice the sights,
Sounds,
And smells around you.
As you do this feel your body becoming more relaxed and at ease.
And now repeat the following affirmations to yourself.
I release all stress and tension.
I am calm and at peace.
I am safe and protected.
I am surrounded by love and light.
Again I release all stress and tension.
I am calm and at peace.
I am safe and protected.
I am surrounded by love and light.
Take a moment of silence to allow these affirmations to sink into the depths of your heart and soul.
As you come back to the present moment take a final deep breath in and exhale slowly.
When you are ready open your eyes and return to your day with a renewed sense of calm and peace.
Remember you can come back to this peaceful place and these affirmations whenever you need to release stress and manifest calm and peace.
