To begin,
Find a nice comfortable place to rest.
You may be sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a slow,
Deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Allow your body and mind to relax.
Feeling your body touch the ground or the chair or the bed.
Sensing the points of contact with what's underneath you.
Noticing the weight of your body.
Noticing the rise and fall of your belly as you breathe.
Dropping your shoulders.
Softening your hands.
Relaxing your jaw.
Relaxing the muscles of your face and around your eyes.
Sensing into the body.
Taking another slow,
Deep breath in and exhaling slowly.
Softening any tension or tightness.
Take one final deep breath in and as you exhale,
Let yourself sink even further into relaxation.
You are aware of my voice speaking to you,
But at times you may find your mind wandering away to other thoughts and feelings.
And if it does,
That's fine.
Because nobody wants anything.
Nobody needs anything.
There is absolutely nothing for you to do right now but relax and let go.
Now,
Gently bring your focus to your heart space and invite your heart to open and receive the following messages.
Today,
I choose to feel good about myself.
I know that I am good enough,
Just as I am.
I see myself as beautiful,
Lovable and appreciated.
I give myself permission to be all that I can be.
I deserve to live a happy and fulfilling life and I accept it now.
Today,

Now allow all these suggestions to take effect in your mind as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
And they seal themselves into your subconscious mind and they reinforce themselves over and over again.
I am going to give you a period of silence in which all this takes effect.
Now as we are coming to the end of this meditation,
Bring your focus into your heart space and think about how good you feel right now.
How nice it feels to be completely relaxed.
This is important time that you need to take for yourself,
To support and care for yourself every day as you transform into all that you can be.
The more you listen to this meditation,
The more powerful the results will be.
You will look forward to this relaxing self-improvement part of your day,
Every day.
And when you return back to your conscious awareness,
You may not remember everything,
But your subconscious mind will.
These suggestions will plant themselves deep into your heart and subconscious mind and over time you will start to notice that you can go more deeply into the meditative experience and you will receive more and more benefit from these suggestions.
