It sounded like in the first part that once we had rock bottom, for example if we make a choice to do something different or different behavior; that’s it it’s ongoing choices that make the difference. I really got much out of what you quoted on your Substack article I plan to check it out.

This is brilliant guidance in identifying, accepting, and letting go of unnecessary and harmful connections sucking the life out of us. Very helpful for redirecting my energy toward loving and protecting myself and my energy. Thank you for sharing your gifts Mark!

Great message. I feel I’ve hit a wall. I’m happy spending time with myself and find relationships challenging, but I long for more interactions. No more excuses about why it’s better to be alone. It’s time for me to face those challenges. Thank you.
