Warm welcome to this energy meditation.
This is one that was recorded from a live event here at Insight Timer where we are going to connect to an energy to relax your body,
Relax your mind and allow that beautiful heart,
Soul and light to come forth feeling comfortable and safe.
So I hope you will enjoy it.
Please get seated in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and let's start the meditation.
So we start by taking a few deep breaths.
Then imagine that where you are sitting or lying down there is a pillar of red healing earth energy and it's coming from Mother Earth,
Going up through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.
Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light,
The universal energy that is coming from above and it's going down through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing down into Mother Earth.
And we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey.
And we take another deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Feel your body relaxing further.
Know that you are being held,
Know that you are safe and there is nothing you have to do right now but relax.
Let go of any thoughts trying to hold on.
Just allow them to move through you.
Let go of any expectations about the day,
About yourself.
Just let it move through you.
Let go of any feeling of control or judgment about yourself,
Your day.
Just let it move through you and out.
Right now there is only you and the beautiful energy that is all around you in the space where you are.
And it is there for you to connect,
Embrace and accept.
To accept that it's okay for you to relax and lean in on this energy that is holding you and it's always here supporting you.
And we take another deep breath.
And if you like,
You can set your intention to open your heart's communication in a natural and comfortable way to hear it,
To understand it and to be grateful for its guidance.
No matter whether you understand it or not,
Then imagine that you are standing next to a river out in nature and it could be a place that you know about or just let whatever comes be the image for you right now.
And it's a beautiful,
Clear,
Powerful river that is moving past you,
Sparkling as the water hits the sunlight.
And maybe you see some fish or insects,
Birds.
Just let nature around you fill this image with colors,
With beauty for you.
And as you're standing here next to the river,
It is so easy to breathe and your body is totally at peace,
Open for adventure,
Open for the day.
And we are just standing here soaking in this beautiful energy and allow it to move through you like the river next to you.
And as this energy is moving through you,
It is clearing your energy,
Your emotions,
For you to let go of anything,
No longer in your highest good,
Any old outdated energy.
And you see it sweep away like the river is running,
It's water,
Effortless.
So is this energy moving through you,
Cleansing your body,
Your energy.
And if there is anywhere in your body where you feel tense,
Tense,
Allow this energy to focus there,
To go really deep.
Just allow the natural flow of the energy to move whatever is holding back or making you feel tense.
Without you trying to control or push,
We can't push the river,
We can't control it.
And we can't push the energy or control it,
We can just allow it to move through.
And maybe there is a situation or a thought that is going on repeat,
On repeat,
Where you have no control or solution,
Then just ask this energy to focus its flow there for you to let go,
To let life show up for you,
For you to feel relaxed,
Balanced,
At peace so that you can hear your heart's guidance.
And again,
Without trying to control or push,
Just accept and follow the flow.
And we take another deep breath.
And if you like,
You can see yourself taking one or a few steps out into the river.
And it's totally safe,
You are standing solid on the ground,
Allowing the fresh,
Clear water to move around and between your legs,
Feeling safe,
Feeling helped,
Refreshed,
Becoming acquainted with the flow so that you can trust it,
Trust it,
Understand it,
And be one with this beautiful flow.
And as you are standing here in the river,
You are also standing in the flow of this energy of your life,
Feeling balanced,
Safe,
Knowing that your heart is guiding you,
Always in your highest good.
And you can let go of trying to force life into something that it's not.
Instead,
Follow the stream,
Follow the flow,
Enjoying the ride.
Now we take another deep breath and just feel your body how light,
Joyful and peaceful it feels,
Connecting to this energy that is always here,
All around you.
When you open up,
Allow and accept.
And if you like,
You can set your intention to keep this flow going throughout your day,
Your week,
Your month.
And you can always come back to this image to reconnect with the energy that is always here.
And we start to move back into the room and the space where you started.
And if you like,
You can continue to sit in this energy or start to come back.
And we give thanks to Mother Earth and Father Universe and the Higher Self for joining us today.
And you can start to come fully back,
Start to move your hands,
Your feet,
Your neck,
Maybe clap your hands and stamp your feet.
