Warm welcome to this energy meditation where we are tapping into a beautiful energy of celebration.
And this meditation is part of a live event that I've done this autumn 2023 for Insight Timer where we ignited our beautiful heart to hear,
Feel,
Sense and trust its wisdom in our day and life.
And when we can do that then we become one with now and that is a time for celebration,
Gratitude and grace.

So get seated comfortable.
Maybe you're lying down or sitting.
Just make sure that you are not doing anything that demands too much focus like driving because the energy might make you drowsy or even fall asleep.
And close your eyes.
Now we start by taking a few deep breaths.
And then with your next breath just let go of the day.
What's behind you?
What's in front of you?
And ground your body and energy to this moment.
Right here there is nothing you have to do but relax.
There are no right or wrongs.
So you can just let anything that moves through you do so.
And we start by imagine that there is a pillar of red healing earth energy that is coming from mother earth and it's going up through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.
Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light,
A universal energy that is coming from above and it's going down through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing down into mother earth.
And we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey.
And we take another really deep breath.
And if you like you can set your intention to open yourself to this energy of celebration by just thinking it or saying out loud to allow this energy to move through you without holding on or trying to steer.
We're just opening our body,
Our mind to this energy in this moment.
Then imagine that there is a spiral of light that is moving from above.
It could be any size but it's a beautiful light spiral that is heading towards you in the perfect pace for you.
And the closer it gets,
The more relaxed your body becomes as well as your senses that are being heightened in a peaceful way.
And we're just allowing this spiral of light to move up to where you are.
Maybe you have already connected or maybe it's in front of you.
And if it is in front of you,
Just take a moment to take in the vibration,
The light,
Joyful and loving energy that is in this spiral and allow it to harmonize with your energy before you invite it to become one.
And when you feel ready,
You can ask this beautiful energy to merge with you where you are.
And if you don't know if you are ready,
Then ask your energy to make the decision for you.
Just relax and keep on following the journey.
And as the spiral is moving now through you,
Around you,
It is as an energy is becoming alive,
Awakening in your body like you are starting to glow or shimmer without having to do anything.
It is happening from your energy.
And you can just observe the feeling of this energy moving through you and around you.
And in this spiral of light that is filled with love,
Joy and also your history,
The past year,
The past decade,
Maybe past lifetimes.
And it's a pause that is filled with the same deep sense of love,
Peace.
Just allow it to move and swirl around you.
And as it is doing this,
Any negative or lower vibration from your pause,
It is being released into the light.
You are here.
You are beautiful and you are pure light.
So just allow this energy to show you this,
Maybe through an image,
A feeling,
A sense.
And allow this spiral to move far back in your time,
Maybe to the beginning.
Or just let it rest where you feel comfortable.
Now we take another deep breath and you see how your body is starting to expand in its light,
In its energy as this old parts of you are being transformed,
Removed,
Allowing your energy to expand free from this moment.
Allowing your heart to come forth,
Safe and protected.
And just observe how that feels when there is nothing holding you back from your pause,
Nothing stopping you to live your life in the highest good for you.
And again,
Just let any image,
Feeling,
Sound to move through you without trying to control it,
Push it.
The energy finds the way.
And as we are in this spiral of light,
It starts to move into Mother Earth,
Keeping all the parts that we wanted to let go of to be transformed.
And the spiral moves into the Earth,
Leaving you free,
Open and filled with this joyful loving light that is sparkling from within you,
Out into the room where you are,
Or the space where you are,
Out into your surroundings,
Out into your day,
Your week,
Your month,
Your life.
And all you have to do is keep this light moving free through you,
Without any control or push,
Just allow it to move through.
We take another deep breath,
Envision yourself in your day,
Carrying this energy,
Open and infinite,
How it turns the day into a light,
Almost festive,
No matter what chore or activity you are doing.
There is a deep sense of gratitude,
Of love,
And comfort of who you are,
Where you are.
And maybe you start to see other people around you carrying the same energy,
Bonding over this beautiful light,
Celebrating your day,
Yourself,
Your life,
By staying grateful and open,
By allowing this light to stay with you and move through you.
Now we are just staying in this a little bit longer,
The feeling of being here,
Right now,
With the beautiful light to move you forward.
And if you like,
You can set your intention to keep this going throughout your day,
Your week,
And you can always reconnect with the energy through the vision of the spiral.
