So welcome,
Let's start by taking a deep breath.
Then imagine that where you are sitting or lying down,
There is a pillar of red healing earth energy that is coming from mother earth and it's going up through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey and day.
Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light,
A universal energy that is coming from above and it's going down through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing down into mother earth and we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey and day.
And we take another deep breath,
Then feel your body,
Where you are sitting or lying down or maybe standing,
Feel how it's being held by the surface that you are upon,
Effortless.
With the next breath in,
Feel how you are releasing your thoughts about the day,
About this meditation,
Just leaving an empty space,
Opening your mind for this moment and if there are any thoughts hanging on,
Just allow them to pause,
Without trying to hold on or control,
Just see them float by,
Like a cloud in the sky,
Without judgement.
And with the next breath in,
Allow your body to relax,
To let go and to be still,
Peaceful and from this space there is a light coming from your heart chakra,
The centre of your chest and it starts like a small dot,
Expanding out,
Out into your body,
Out into the space where you are and you don't have to do anything other than allowing this beautiful heart energy to expand and maybe you feel it,
See it,
Sense it and if nothing,
Don't worry.
Just by you listening to this,
Your energy is doing the work for you,
So you can just relax it back and keep on following as we allow this beautiful,
Pure heart energy to expand into your space,
Into your day,
Your night,
Your actions,
Your interactions and as it expands,
It is also intensifying in its strength and light,
Filling your body with this beautiful,
Pure heart energy filled with love,
Possibilities,
Excitement for the day,
The week,
The month,
The year,
Excitement for your part in your life,
Strengthening your confidence by connecting to this strong,
Guiding heart energy that is infinite and connected to all that is and let whatever vision,
Feeling,
Thought that comes just be the right one at this moment without trying to control or steer,
Just allow this energy to move through you and into your life and if there is any situation or past situation that you are carrying with you as a worry or repeated thought,
Then ask this energy to shine its light upon that to bring in this infinite love into whatever it might be and light up as a beautiful,
Clear and pure energy from your heart,
An energy that is only filled with love and feel your body how it feels as this is expanding as far out into the space where you are,
Maybe even further out into the surrounding,
A city,
A country as a wave of light and the further it expands,
The brighter and more intense it becomes and just play with this energy and see where you can take it and how it makes you feel and you can bring it into your past,
Your future,
Your now,
Your thoughts and let it sweep with its beautiful light,
Igniting this vibration as it moves and we take another deep breath and if you like you can set your intention to keep this connection going effortless throughout your day,
Your week,
Your night and for it to be clear in its communication with you so you may understand its guidance,
Feel the love,
The strength and so that you can lean on this beautiful,
Pure heart energy within you and trust it,
Accept it and allow it to guide you and we take another deep breath and you can slowly start to come back into your body where you started and we give thanks to mother earth and father universe and the higher self for joining us today and you can start to come fully back,
