Warm welcome to this Balancing Energy Meditation for the month of February 2025.
And we start by taking a few deep breaths.
Then imagine that where you are sitting or lying down there is a pillar of red healing earth energy that is coming from Mother Earth,
Moving up through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out,
And continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy,
Keeping us grounded on this journey.
Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light,
The universal energy that is coming from above,
And it's going down through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out,
And continuing down into Mother Earth.
And we now have this universal energy,
Keeping us balanced on this journey.
And we take another deep breath.
Then with your next breath you can set your intention for this to be a peaceful and relaxing journey.
Give your mind permission to step back,
Let go.
Give your body permission to relax.
Maybe observe how you are held by the surface that you are upon,
Without having to do anything.
If there are any thoughts showing up,
Then just let them move through.
There is nothing you need to solve right now.
Just allow yourself to let go.
And imagine yourself standing outside in nature,
At an open space.
And it's a foggy day,
And you are surrounded by this white,
Thick fog.
Yet you are feeling comfortable,
Strong.
And even if you can't see what's in front of you,
You know exactly where to go,
Which direction.
And you are in contact with your inner guide,
That moves beyond our body,
Connected to the universe,
Mother Earth.
So just take a deep breath.
Standing here,
Relaxed,
Feeling safe.
And again,
Feeling like you know exactly what to do,
Where to go.
And this fog,
It doesn't matter,
Because it's not solid,
And you know your way.
And imagine starting to walk in any direction that is the one that comes up for you right now.
And as you're starting to walk,
Maybe slow,
Maybe fast,
This fog is lifting,
Step by step.
And as it has been lifted when you arrive to that point,
Even though you are still walking,
You discover that you are in this beautiful place in nature.
And it's now a clear day,
A clear,
Beautiful day.
Behind you,
The fog might still linger,
But in front of you,
It's beautiful.
A beautiful,
Loving day,
Where you see everything clearly,
All the details,
The colors.
And we're just staying here a little bit longer,
Taking it in.
Maybe observing that the feeling in your body is the same,
A sense of peace and comfort,
Your strength.
It's the same,
Your sense of direction,
It's the same.
It's just that now we are moving together with our eyes,
With our consciousness,
Still guided with or by our heart and soul.
And open to see the magic that is around us,
The beauty that is part of your journey.
And we take another deep breath.
And together with this clear view and this sense of inner guidance,
You can start to come back into your body,
Back into the space where you started.
And we give thanks to Mother Earth and Father Universe and the Higher Self for joining us today.
And you can start to come fully back,
Start to move your hands,
Your feet,
Your neck.
Maybe clap your hands,
Stamp your feet,
Do a little dance.
