In this energy meditation we work with your Third Eye Chakra to balance, boost and clear its connection and communication to and with your body.
Your Third Eye Chakra is situated at between your eyebrows. It’s your energy centre that correlates to your higher vision, your clarity, intuition, cosmic insights, inner wisdom and perception.
When this chakra is in balance you have a calm, clear and open mind. I strong intuition and feel connected to your inner wisdom and the universal flow.
You can tune in to this energy whenever you feel a lack of imagination, confusion, fear of truth, brain fog, fearful, and narrow minded.
