Reconnecting Your Energy-Centers With Love And Wisdom

This special meditation gives you an experience of how it feels when you consciously reconnect every energy center with love and wisdom. To experience every aspect of your 'being' with unconditional love and wisdom. To remember how you are pure love, life and consciousness.

Welcome!

In the following meditation,

You're going to reconnect every aspect of your being with your unconditional love and your innate wisdom.

Please make sure you sit in a comfortable position with a straight back.

To start with,

Just become aware of your body and become aware of your breath.

And allow your breath to be very natural and easy.

With every breath you take,

It seems like you can feel more and more relaxed and you get more and more in touch with your body.

Now you gently bring your attention to your perineum,

That little soft spot between your genitals and your anus.

This energy center is,

Amongst other things,

Linked to your physical existence,

Your incarnation and your connection with the Earth.

You can visualize this center is being colored red as you breathe in this direction.

Allow yourself to tune into yourself a little more and get in touch with the amount of self-worth and confidence you have at this moment.

And maybe you can also allow yourself to feel how much or how little you are influenced by fear and anxiety,

The emotions that influence the flow and functioning of this energy center.

Imagine you can connect this first energy center with a rope or a tube to connect it to your heart chakra in the center of your chest.

As you connect these,

You remember how it is to live with this heart connection,

How the love and desire to live this life gives you more confidence,

How it makes you feel more solid and safe.

From this moment on,

You feel supported by the Earth and by your own love for life.

Now visualize how you can also connect this first energy center at your perineum with the energy right above your crown.

By using an imaginary rope,

A line,

A tube or whatever works for you,

You connect your root chakra with the energy of wisdom,

Knowledge and information.

You remember how you have unlimited access to all the wisdom,

Knowledge and information that ever existed or that will ever exist.

And you feel how your awareness of your birthright is infused with the energy of this reactivated wisdom.

As from now,

You have deeper confidence and enhance the self-healing capacities of your body thanks to this reconnection.

Please bring your attention to your lower belly,

To a spot located two fingers beneath your belly button and closer to the sacrum than to the front of your body.

This is where the sacral chakra is located,

The energy center linked with creativity,

Emotions,

Delight,

Passion and sexuality.

You can visualize this energy center in a warm orange color and just consciously breathe into this direction now.

Allow yourself to really feel into this center,

Observing if there is a tangible and vibrant energy in there or not.

Feel how free you are to express yourself when it comes to creativity or sexuality or how certain beliefs and convictions and a feeling of guilt might have influenced this energy.

If there has been any emotional unsafety or manipulations,

If you ever felt rejected or if any damage was done in an early stage of your life,

Resentment or anger may be stuck in here.

Just allow yourself to breathe and feel whatever presents itself when you focus on this center.

Imagine you can connect this energy center with a rope or tube to connect it to your heart chakra and feel how you can infuse this chakra with love again.

From this moment on you will be able to be open-hearted and mild for your emotions that are simply here to guide you in life.

And by fully re-engaging your heart and love in your creativity and your sexuality,

These aspects of life will be transformed and brought to a higher level.

It may give you a wonderful tingly feeling to energize yourself with so much love.

Now visualize how you can also connect this sacral chakra with the energy right above your crown.

By using an imaginary rope,

A line or a tube,

You connect this center with the energy of wisdom,

Knowledge and information.

So from now on you will easily remember and use more wisdom and knowledge that ever existed or that will ever exist into your creative life,

In your sensual life,

In your womanhood or manhood.

And you will increasingly experience joy and flow in your life and you will feel liberated to express yourself in a creative and sensual way.

I invite you to bring your gentle attention to your solar plexus now under your diaphragm close to your stomach.

In this energy center you tune into your ego,

Your identity and your power and the way you present yourself in the world outside of you.

It's also linked to your relationship with authority,

Discipline,

Aggression,

Victimhood and addictions.

How does it make you feel to hear how I mention these things?

Just take a moment to breathe and be with whatever you are experiencing right now.

Did you know that shame is what causes stagnation in this energy center?

Allow yourself to feel how little or how much shame is playing an active role in your life.

Start to imagine you color this region bright yellow to improve your ability to digest and process everything that happens in your life.

Now link this solar plexus to your energetic heart with a rope or tube and reconnect your inner fire with love.

Let love transform you.

From now on your decisiveness is inspired and driven by love.

The next thing you do is to consciously reconnect your third energy center to your crown chakra with a rope or tube and by doing so you reconnect this center with all the wisdom,

All the knowledge and all information that was and is and always will be available for you.

It will bring balance in your solar plexus.

It will make you take on the full responsibility for your own life,

Your own deeds and thoughts.

It will make you feel strong and empowered for whatever challenge that might come to you.

We will now move to the next energy center and that's the throat chakra,

More or less in the middle of your throat where you can feel your Adam's apple.

This center is all about communication and self expression.

So tune into this center and feel how easy or difficult it is for you to speak and live your truth,

To express your feelings or give words to your emotions and experiences and also to listen to other people's truth and opinions.

While allowing yourself to really get in touch with the energy and the aspects involved in this energy center,

You may visualize a beautiful blue color there.

Lies are what hinders and blocks the energy in this center.

Lies can cause problems in an energetical way but also cause physical issues with your throat,

Ears or breathing.

Please make the connection with an invisible rope or tube between this center in your throat and your heart energy in the center right below this one.

By consciously linking love to your center of communication again,

You will enable yourself to listen with your heart and speak from your heart.

Your expression will be driven by love.

It's now time to also reconnect your throat center with your crown chakra,

To open up your ability to the fullest to communicate with wisdom and knowledge.

You have access to all wisdom,

All knowledge and information there ever was,

There is right now and there will ever be.

As from this moment you will start to speak your truth based on your wisdom and knowledge.

You will share and communicate with great clarity and you will much more consciously speak when what you say is adding value to situations you're in or people you're with.

Take a deep and gentle breath and bring your attention to the energy center that's somehow located between your eyebrows.

This chakra is linked to having a clear sight or maybe even clairvoyance,

The center of insights and realization.

Make a conscious connection to this energy and feel how easy you can clearly recognize patterns,

How pure your perception is of all there is in you and around you.

While getting in touch with these aspects of you,

You can visualize a deep indigo blue color in this center.

Blockages in this center are caused by illusions you have or by tight and fixed ideas that make you feel stuck and unfree.

Maybe the greatest illusions there are,

Are the one of separateness and the one of not being good enough and not being accepted.

That's embedded in a strong habit of self-rejection.

Now make a connection between this space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye and the heart chakra in your chest using whatever works for you,

A rope,

A line,

A tube and imagine that you would be able to clearly see the way your heart would see.

That your perception of yourself and that what we call reality would be influenced by the love energy that is active in your body and mind.

Just breathe easy and enhance the relationship between these two energy centers.

Let the energy flow and grow.

Let the center between your eyebrows open a little more.

It might not only give you a better view upon everything in life but also give you more and better dreams.

It's time to connect this eyebrow chakra to the space just above your crown,

To connect your vision with all wisdom,

All knowledge and information that has ever existed,

That exists today and that will be existing in the future.

As there may not be such a thing as a linear time,

You have access to all of it,

Always,

Also now.

By improving the connection between your third eye center to your crown center,

You will be able to clearly see what influences your vision in life and what has influenced your previous life experiences or ancestral lines.

You will also be able to break vicious circles by being reconnected to all available wisdom and knowledge.

Just inhale and exhale very easily and feel how the energy in your forehead may feel more present now.

Right now,

It's time to go to connect the two centers you have been addressing during this whole exercise,

The Heart and Ground Chakra.

First,

You tune into your heart energy,

Visualizing a beautiful pink and or green color.

This chakra is all about love,

About connection,

The fusion of the masculine and feminine energy inside of you,

About compassion and balance.

Sadness sabotages this center,

So allow to feel if there's still some unseen,

Unhealed sadness that might block the energy in your heart center.

Try to really just breathe and be with whatever bubbles up inside of you right now.

Be like a kind and mild friend to yourself,

Allowing the feelings that are brought up in your heart.

Just be with yourself without judging and maybe surrender yourself a little more to really feel your heart energy and your infinite love.

Now move your attention to your Ground Chakra,

A center you may bathe in pure white light while becoming fully aware of the link with your wisdom,

Your consciousness,

Your higher self and one unity consciousness or oneness.

Material attachment blocks or even can close this chakra,

So take a moment to feel what it is you are attached to and what you are bound by in your life.

And also try to become aware of how much or how little you are connected with your spirit and your higher self.

Do you feel connected with a high frequency energy that is like an endless source you can tap into at any time?

Now please connect your heart and crown center with a tube of light or a silver rope and fully feel what happens if you connect your love energy to your higher self and all the wisdom and knowledge you have access to.

As from now you will love wise and use your wisdom with heart.

This is who you truly are.

You are Infinite Light.

You are Infinite Love.

You are Life.

Allow yourself to be fully aware of how you feel right now inside of you after the whole experience you've had and as a witness of yourself seeing all that has happened and all that is still happening inside of you on many levels.

Now gently get back to sense your whole body.

Start at your feet and your toes.

Travel up your legs with your attention.

Become aware of your whole pelvic area.

Feel your dorsal and ventral side of your torso.

Feel your shoulders,

Arms and hands.

Become aware of your neck and your head.

Also feel how your body sits on a sofa,

A chair or pillow and become very aware of the room you're in or the space you're in.

Whenever it feels good for you,

You can open your eyes.
