Welcome.
This is a guided meditation to lay it all down.
To lay all your worries,
All your pain,
All your doubts,
All your shit down.
This is an invitation to stop analysing it,
To stop explaining it,
To stop giving attention to it,
Stop processing it,
Stop carrying it.
Just lay it all down.
Lay it all down and give it to the earth.
This is also an invitation to surrender yourself.
So make sure you sit in a comfortable position with a straight back.
Or if you prefer you can lay down for this meditation,
If that enhances your relaxation and your ability to connect with the earth.
Please close your eyes.
If you like,
You can put one hand on your lower belly and one hand on your heart.
If it feels more comfortable to have both hands on your lap or to just lay your arms and hands beside you,
That's equally good.
Just allow yourself to really be comfortable.
Feel.
Feel how your breath moves in you.
Just let your breath happen.
There's no breathing you have to do.
Just let the breath happen inside of you,
Inside your body.
And be aware of your breath.
Feel how it moves inside of you.
Feel how your breath moves through you.
Now feel the beating of your heart.
Maybe you only feel it in your chest.
Maybe you feel it in other places of your body too.
Just observe and experience the beating of your heart.
Imagine you can get a bit closer to your heart and you really can get in touch with your breath.
And you really can get in touch with your heart.
Feel how it feels.
Is it light and open?
Is it full of life and joy?
Or is it heavy?
Is there something that seems to weigh on your heart?
Just allow yourself to feel what's alive in you.
As if you are experiencing it and at the same time you are a privileged witness to yourself.
And since this is a meditation to lay all your shit down,
Just allow.
Allow yourself to feel your worries,
Your doubts,
Your pain,
Your anxiety.
Whatever weighs you down or impacts you.
Just allow yourself for just a little while to feel it,
To notice it,
To be with it.
As you do this,
You sink deeper into your own body.
And you sink deeper into the energy of the earth.
It's as if you melt into her warm embrace.
It's as if you melt into her warm embrace.
And it feels like you are beginning to really breathe together with her.
She welcomes you.
She welcomes you and all of you.
Every feeling,
Every emotion,
Everything that weighs on you,
All that you carry.
She's here for you.
And she welcomes all that you are willing to let go.
All that you are able to shed and lay down.
The great Mother Earth.
She welcomes you.
She supports you.
And she invites you to give her everything and anything that is too heavy for you.
To give her anything and everything you want to lay down.
And everything and anything you would like to be helped with.
You feel so warmly embraced and supported by her.
And with each exhale you let go a little more.
You surrender a little more.
And you lay down everything you want to be freed from or freed with.
As you are doing this,
You sink even deeper into your body.
And you sink deeper into the energy of the Earth.
You melt into her warm embrace.
You start breathing with her and thanks to her.
She so welcomes you.
She so supports you.
You feel her heartbeat beating in you and with you.
You feel supported by her.
You feel welcomed by her.
Trusting and allowing on a deeper level from now on.
Lighter and more alive from now on.
You are so deeply connected to yourself.
You feel your breath moving inside of you.
You feel your heartbeat in your body.
You are aware of your aliveness.
And you slowly become more aware of the place where you are.
The room,
The house or the place in nature where you are doing this meditation.
I invite you to gently come back in the room a little more.
To wiggle your toes and fingers.
And to choose to open your eyelids just a tiny bit.
So the light gets in.
And you can more easily sense the room,
The space around you.
Now open your eyes and just look around.
You will move through your day or night with more lightness,
With more confidence,
More aliveness.
And every time you need it,
And every time you want to be supported to lay it all down,
You can come back to this meditation as much as you need or like.
