
Body Won't Let Go (Deep Sleep Reset)
For bedtime nights when the body feels tense, alert, or unable to fully let go. Nothing is asked of you. Attention moves slowly through the body, each area allowed to soften or stay exactly as it is. If tension remains, it's allowed to stay. The body settles when pressure is removed, not when it's forced. No visualisations. No breathing techniques. Nothing to do correctly.
