
Fall Asleep When Your Mind Won’t Stop
For bedtime nights when the mind is still running and the body is ready to stop. This doesn't ask you to clear your mind or slow your thoughts. It works by moving attention somewhere else: weight, surface, breath, until the mind has nothing left to follow. No visualisations. No effort. Nothing to do correctly. If you wake during the night, use one of the shorter resets. If you're already awake mid-night rather than trying to fall asleep, "Back To Sleep At 3AM" is the better fit.
