Night Emergency Sleep Reset. For when your body feels tired but your system won’t power down. This track helps the body settle through physical support, not forcing rest. If this is your first track tonight, start with Wide Awake Again (Back to Sleep Without Trying). If the night shifts, choose the track that matches it.
