
Let The Day Go Before Sleep
For the moment before sleep when the body is tired but the day still feels present. Nothing needs to be reviewed, solved, or processed here. You don't need to decide what the day meant or where it goes. You just need to set it down. This is a body-based practice: no visualizations, no effort, nothing to follow closely. It works by giving the nervous system permission to stop carrying what's already over. Not a technique. Not something to do correctly. Just a way down. If you wake during the night, use one of the shorter resets. This is not medical advice or a substitute for professional support.
