Hello there,

Thank you so very much for joining me today.

Time is precious I'm really proud of you for taking a few minutes Just for you right now.

I am Maria It doesn't really matter Who I am the next few minutes.

I want you to focus on Yourself you are exactly where you are meant to be in this very moment Who knew that it could be so helpful for a friend to remind you how to breathe?

That's what we're gonna do Together right here.

Go ahead and find yourself in a safe place Where you can close your eyes For just a few minutes whether you are in your office Just waking up in bed or even in your car in a parking lot Close your eyes Sit up straight feeling your spine support Your body.

I want you to breathe at your own pace Let's do in through the nose And out through the mouth with each inhale.

I Want you to feel your body Get taller feel the back of your neck Stretch as you inhale Feel your shoulders Relax with each exhale Feel your feet More firmly planted on the ground beneath you notice your hands On the tops of your lap palms facing upwards feel the energy In your palms as you continue to breathe in your nose And out through your mouth I invite you to gently lower your chin down towards your chest Feeling the weight of your head Feeling the back of your neck stretch Not forcing anything But allowing gravity to help you stretch Don't forget to relax those shoulders on your next inhale Go ahead and bring that chin up with your eyes closed Envision a beautiful a beautiful light If you don't see a light There are no rules But do put some intention on that space between your eyes at your forehead feeling the energy Concentration and clarity That is there for you No matter how busy your day may be you can remember this moment Peace that Is what I wish for you today and always Thank you so much For joining me today.
