Chakras are like lenses.
We want to be able to see inside the body.
By putting on the lenses so we can connect to our body in a different state.
It doesn't mean that.
Chakras are completely true.
They are like a map.

Not a complete representation.
Of the truth,
But they are getting to the point of guiding you.

You need to listen to yourself,
To your heart,
To your body.

To the sole of the feet.
The top of the feet.
Putting your whole feet in focus.
And take an inhale here.

Between your anus and the genitals.
Now at this place start to visualize A red light source.
Fiery red light source.
Feel this sphere of light.
Is warming you.
Allowing it to just be there.
Visualizing it.
That's the perineum.
You know how those red lights are.
It's also going down to your legs,
To your feet.
Bye.
Maybe engulfing your entire body as well.
Try to feel a calming rounding.
Feel the gravity more.
Feel heavier.
Hmm.
And from here.

And slowly Let go of this red light source.
Reshift.
Our attention.
A bit below.
Lower belly button to the lower belly And here.
We like to visualize.
An orange sphere of lights.
Hmm.
This orange sphere.
Is healing.
Nurturing.
Our lower back.
Our genitals,
Our womb.
The kidney.
Helps with sexuality.
Feel this orange light source.
Strongly below your belly button.
I feel it flowing like water.
This light is flowing through you like water.
Maybe all the way out to your toes,
Maybe all the way out to your fingers,
All the way up to your head.
Mmmmm.
And slowly let go of this orange light source.
We're now coming up further to your solar plexus.
Reconnecting with the color yellow.
Yum.
There's a lot of activity and power and will in this yellow color.
Feel the strength of your body.
Feel the willpower,
Feel the ability to manifest in your life.
Together with this yellow power.
Try to feel more in this solar plexus area.
And then let go,
Coming up further to your heart.
Feeling love and peace.
In your heart area.
There might be a slight smile forming on your face.
Face as you're connecting with the green light emanating out from your heart space from your chest feel this green light flowing Surrounding your entire body.
Sheltering you.
Completely.
Take one inhale.
And as you are exhaling,
Let go of this green light.
Coming further up to your throats Mmmmmmm.
Coming to this bright blue.
Coming to voicing.
To speaking out your truth feeling this bright blue in front.
Feeling it's giving you energy to speak up for yourself.
And then readily move on.
Coming further up.
Connecting to in between the eyebrows,
To the third eye.
To an indigo color,
Dark blue.
Dark blue-purple color and now.

.
Yourself to see more clearly.
Allow yourself to Understand yourself better.
Prepare for yourself better.
Honor Yourself.
And others more.
Roar!
Letting this go and coming further up.
The very crown of your head.
A little.
Over the top of your head.
And here see a white light.
Emanating,
Completely engulfing your entire being.
Allowing yourself to Feel.
A connection.
And connection.
To more than just yourself.
Slowly let go of this visualization.
Start to move your fingers,
Start to move your toes,
Your wrists,
Your ankles,
Your elbows,
Your shoulders,
Your knees.
Stripes.
And open your eyes whenever you're ready.
Coming back to your body.
