Between your eyebrows the third eye chakra is a powerful source of insight.

It is waiting to be explored.

This session is more than just relaxation.

It's a journey into the depths of your subconscious.

Unlocking clarity and foresight that can guide your life's choices.

Don't let this moment of self-discovery pass by.

Let's illuminate our inner path.

Welcome to Yoga Nidra.

Non-sleep depressed.

Your guide Marcel Gru speaking.

I'm on the quest to create the best guided meditation experiences for you.

Together we'll journey through landscapes of profound relaxation,

Aiding in the release of stress,

Insomnia,

Anxiety and depression.

Please find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Lie down and make it comfortable and warm.

Maybe on a bed or a yoga mat with a cushion under your head,

A blanket under your knees and a blanket to keep you warm.

Let your legs relax slightly apart and your arms rest by your sides.

Palms facing up.

Headphones are recommended for a more immersive experience,

However not necessary.

For the full benefit of this experience I encourage you to stay with me through the entire session.

As we begin,

Allow your tongue to rest softly on the upper palate and if possible breathe gently through your nose.

If you're drifting into sleep,

Welcome it,

Because it's what your body needs.

A bell will gently wake you at the end.

We're starting our journey by taking a four second inhale and a five second exhale.

We are in this together,

Connecting,

Bringing your attention to the space between your eyebrows,

Just a little bit up.

The seat of the third eye chakra.

This chakra is the center of intuition and insight.

Start to bring awareness to that point,

Just softly bringing focus to that point,

Feeling how your body is relaxed,

Feeling how you can effortlessly bring attention to this point.

Relax and just be as you are,

Feeling into this area,

What is coming up as you're focusing deeper and deeper on this point,

On this area.

We want to connect with the sound,

To the third eye chakra.

So we are going to repeat that sound together or you can also just listen and we want to drive the vibrations,

The frequencies that we are creating to that point,

Feeling a resonance at that point,

Activating a deeper sense of connection,

A deeper sense of focus,

A deeper sense of understanding,

Enhancing your inner vision and your intuition.

Feel free to join in with me whenever you feel like or just listen and try to modulate the sound so that it resonates at the third eye chakra,

Between your eyebrows,

Slowly one more time from here,

Feeling in to what changed,

Seeing if there is anything more to discover,

If your intuition is coming alive,

If your inner vision is guiding you,

Connecting to your breath.

Make your inhale and exhale a little bit longer than your inhale,

Making your inhale shorter than your exhale and if you like you're invited to create a sound as you're exhaling,

Almost like yawning with closed mouth from here.

We're connecting again deeply to our third eye chakra between your eyebrows,

Finding as you're inhaling more clarity and insight and as you're exhaling,

Feeling how your breath is just creating little small frequencies that are traveling throughout your body and see if they can reach your third eye chakra,

Just as you're breathing very very generously with your exhale,

Making your exhale very long,

Feeling in your third eye chakra,

If there's any kind of vibration to be felt there,

If you're feeling certain kind of vibrations,

Know that these vibrations are like a massage,

Massaging every cell in your body and from here start to imagine a very luminous indigo light at your third eye chakra in the tone of dark violet,

Dark bluish tone,

Indigo light making this light of every breath that you're taking,

Of every inhale,

Of every exhale,

Brighter brighter and brighter,

Illuminating your inner wisdom,

Illuminating and bathing your whole being.

Feel this indigo light penetrating deep into your mind,

Clearing any blocks to intuition,

Effortlessly finding,

Understanding,

Visualize that it enhances your ability to perceive,

It enhances your ability to perceive beyond the physical realm.

Slowly doors to deeper understanding are opening.

Imagine how they're opening,

As they have never opened before,

Not just a little bit,

So you can look through,

But completely opening the door so you can go through,

If you want to.

Feeling this indigo light all around you,

Every part of your body engulfed in this indigo light,

Remembering the source of this indigo light,

Your third eye chakra,

Between your eyebrows,

Completely being in intuition and knowledge,

Being completely guided with your inner vision.

Nothing to do here than just to understand,

Create even a deeper sense of understanding.

Let's dive into some affirmations that might be resonating with you.

Into your indigo light and see how they are transformed in your being.

From where does it come from?

Focusing on the source.

Making it as big as you need it to be right now.

Making it as bright as you need it to be right now.

Making it as vivid and alive as you need it to be.

Understanding with your body,

With your entire being.

Understanding with your body as it is relaxed.

Communicating with your body,

The unconscious taking you on a journey.

You're making peace with your unconscious.

You're both starting to draw on the same rope,

Enabling you to go deeper into whatever kind of endeavor you're doing.

Going deeper.

Believing and understanding completely.

Coming to a humble mind.

A humble mind.

A mind that sees themself.

A body that sees itself.

A being that sees itself.

And understands by being humble and not being better or comparing ourselves to others.

But by realizing what is serving us?

What is serving others?

What do I want more of in life?

What do I want less of?

What do I need more of?

What do I need less of?

Very effortlessly realizing the truth in front of you.

That you find with your intuition effortlessly.

It is as if you're looking back onto your life.

You see a red path that you've been following.

And if you're looking to the future,

You're seeing many different paths you can follow.

And still when you went and decided which path you followed,

There will be a red path behind you.

It is your intuition guiding you.

Your intuition coupled with your experiences.

That makes this experience effortless and enjoyable.

Realizing that when you decide which path you're going on,

That there will be many different paths evolving from that one path you've chosen.

And on that path you've chosen,

You will encounter other people.

They might stay with you on your path for a while.

Or they may walk besides you on a different path.

Coming again and again together.

Enjoying each other's experiences and stories from different paths.

Or you might walk very closely on the same path for a longer time.

However it is,

Know that your intuition and your heart and your entire body,

Your entire being,

Will guide you through these choices.

It is your entire being that we must listen to to make the best choices that we can.

Effortlessly listening to.

Effortlessly moving through life.

Effortlessly training ourselves to make better decisions.

Decisions that serve ourselves.

That serve others.

That serve the world.

That ultimately create abundance,

Happiness,

And all other things that we wish for.

I invite you to a sigh of relief out of your mouth.

Feeling how this indigo light is still within you,

Still around you.

And you will be able to access it at any point you need to.

Just remember that point between your eyebrows that will guide you.

Feeling how this indigo light is also going further away from you to your environment.

And slowly also feel how its source is still very much powered.

It's in abundance.

Whenever you need it you can access it.

There is no loss when you're sending this indigo light out into the world as we're doing right now.

From here you start to slowly move your fingers.

Move your toes.

Move your hands.

Move your feet.

Move your wrists.

Move your ankles.

Move your elbows.

Move your knees and your hips.

Move your shoulders.

Move your head.

Move your belly,

Your chest.

Your whole body.

Move and stretch as you need it.

Do what your body needs right now.

Let this intuition that is still within you guide you.

Listening.

Feeling in.

And from here bring your hands wherever they feel comfortable.

Maybe together in front of your heart.

On your legs.

Open to the sides as you had it just before.

However it feels good to you right now.
