
Light Meditation 18
Today's focus is on forgiveness. This is the time we are invited to stay inside and to go inside yourself. To discover what is stored inside your body, your awareness, your being. Join me in a practice where you will be guided to your inner self, to what is stored inside and to let go. When we start healing our wounds we start healing the world around us.
Transcript
Good morning,
Day 18 of a sequel of 21 days.
And also today we're going to dive into ourselves,
Into what is stored inside.
And we will see how it evolves during the meditation.
So just take a nice comfortable seat.
Make yourself comfortable in an upright position.
Close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in.
And one more nice deep breath in.
And sigh it out.
And just feel what you long for if you need to take another deep breath in,
Just do so.
If you're fine like this,
That's fine as well.
Just let your attention turn towards your breath.
And just follow your breath while you connect to your physical form.
Connect to all parts of your body.
Ground yourself by connecting to the ground below.
Take some time to get still.
If there are thoughts in your head running around,
Just let them wind down like a ceiling fan that comes to a stop.
And just follow your in-breath very consciously.
In your out-breath.
And all sounds around you,
Just let them take you inside into the stillness.
Just breathe.
And allow yourself to open.
Expand your awareness to the front.
Fast and endless.
Expand it to the back.
Roundness.
Spacious to all sides.
Boundless below.
Infinite above.
And just keep expanding this awareness.
Just imagine yourself walking down a path.
At the end of this path,
It's a huge,
Huge light.
Just the infinite light,
Feeling light.
It's light coming directly from the central sun.
Just walk down this path and with every step you take,
This light is coming closer to you.
And you feel you're relaxing even more.
Like your whole body is softening,
Sinking into the stillness that's drawing you into the light.
When you reach the light,
Just open yourself for this.
Just let this light suffuse you.
Welcome it inside this healing light.
Just allow it to enter the top of your crown.
Just see that this light,
This beautiful healing light,
For me it's like a white,
Golden,
Silver.
It's a beautiful light.
Just allow your body to be sealed with this light.
This light goes into your neck,
Your arms,
Your shoulders.
It goes into your torso.
It fills up your hip area,
Upper legs,
Lower legs,
Your feet.
Just feel this light to radiate to all sides.
It blends into your energy bodies,
Your subtle bodies,
To your awareness,
Your whole consciousness is filled to this healing light.
I'd like to invite our spiritual guides,
Enlightened masters,
Guardian angels,
To support us here in the healing part of ourselves and transmitting this healing force also to the world around us.

Guardian angels,
To support us here in the healing part of ourselves.
Which is one of the guides that come into your awareness.
Be your mentor for today.
Just become aware of what's happening inside.
And just connect to whatever area in your body is asking for attention.
Just direct this healing light blended with your own love to this area.
You might want to open your eyes really wide that the love inside of your eyes can flow through all parts of you.
Just so much stored inside of us,
Stored what has not been expressed and resolved emotional issues.
Some are very small,
Some are very big,
Have multiple sides.
Just welcome them to be here as you invite healing to take place.
And let it drift into your awareness,
Maybe one particular moment in life where you feel there's emotion still stored inside,
Still some hurt or grief,
Sadness or frustration,
Maybe bitterness or even rage around us.
Just allow it to drift into your awareness.
Now whatever it is,
Know that you are safe in this light.
Just see a campfire in this light and it's a healing transmutation of fire and just place that memory that came into your awareness on a safe distance.
And just invite the persons involved to be here at this campfire.
And just see the soul of this person,
The best part of it or her being.
And keep connecting to this golden light,
This love or maybe some strong emotions,
Maybe they're subtle,
Starting to arise.
Just allow them to be here in this love,
In this light.
And then ask yourself,
What is this emotion bringing me?
What is the profit I have because I hang on to this?
You might not even be aware that you're hanging on to this emotion,
But my guess would be it's not a recent memory.
It's a memory of some longer time ago.
So you're carrying this emotional storage for quite some time now.
And just ask your mentor,
Why do I hang on to this?
My mentor is saying,
Are you still refusing to look inside and to really heal and see what this event is learning you,
Has learned you.
And just open with whatever your mentor is saying and just allow awareness to do what it does.
No need to think about it.
Just let it drift into your awareness.
What is the lesson to be learned here?
For me,
It's about setting my own boundaries.
I know it's time to let go,
To let go of this old pain stored inside and whatever flavor it is for you.
Knowing that you know now the lesson to be learned.
No longer any need to hold on to this,
Connect to the love inside.
Now first forgive yourself for holding on to this all those years,
Amongst the weeks.
And forgive yourself because you were not aware that this was something you were still carrying.
You might have thought this was long,
Long resolved.
You might want to speak that out loud to yourself.
I'm sorry,
I forgive you.
You don't need to hold on to this any longer.
Safe to let go now.
And then just see the negative cord between you and the people in this event,
This memory.
And you just ask your mentor just to cut this negative cord.
And it might be one cord,
But maybe you see or you become aware of more.
Just let the mentor cut all the negative cords.
So it will allow you to strengthen the bond between you on a different level without this old pain,
This old grief,
Old anger to be part of you.
So releasing this you say,
I'm letting go.
And just see when the mentor cuts these cords that both sides are sealed with love and light.
Then say out loud in your own language,
I forgive you.
I know now that you just,
That this just was a lesson to be learned.
I forgive you.
In the forgiving you see you're letting go of these people,
This person.
Just let them go up into this light.
Now just feel the space that it's giving you,
That this gives you.
Just feel the space and freedom.
And you can find some kind of relief of this letting go.
And just ask your mentor to sweep you clean with this golden light,
Made to tell that all remaining residues related to this are removed from your consciousness,
From your physical form,
For your whole being,
Right up to the level of the DNA,
All spaces in between as well.
All is healed.
All is removed.
All is cleansed.
Then let us take a moment to direct our healing light.
To the people around us that are in need,
That are in need of healing.
Just expand this healing light.
And expand it further and further,
This healing light is affecting your dear ones,
Your relatives,
Your people in your communities,
People around you.
This might be like a pebble in the consciousness of mother earth,
Of humankind.
This healing light will just drift further and further away,
Until it envelops the whole fear of humankind.
Just let it radiate,
Just love this light.
Let it do whatever it does.
As far as we're hanging out here,
You might want to set an intention for yourself for today.
And then draw your energy back to your physical form.
Say thanks to the mentor.
And just walk back on the path you came.
And with every step you take,
You feel you're getting more grounded again.
You can feel your feet touching the ground.
You want to even move your toes a little,
Move your feet.
Inhale a bit deeper,
Move your fingers.
You might want to move your body a little and just let the breath go in more fully now.
And really inhale all of life.
And stretch your arms to the sides.
Inhale love and light.
One more deep,
Deep inhale.
And exhale.
And then just raise your arms to the top of your head.
Place your hand palms together and let your hand palms come down in front of your heart.
Bow to your heart.
