Just wind down or if there's any thoughts coming up just let them wind down And all the sounds that are there just let them draw you further back inside And just follow your breathing Just whatever way it flows Just relax your body even further and if there's any armor around you just open this armor up completely just let it fall down So that you are here totally free,
Present And just allow your awareness to expand to all areas To the front,
To the back,
To the sides,
Below and above And I would like to invite all the universe,
All of grace,

God and goddess And you're welcome to invite angels if you feel attracted to them as well Like Archangel Michael,

Whoever comes up for you all the same Just invite these great masters for support in being light and spreading light to the world around us That is in such a need today,
In this time to awaken and to let the light shine In this time where there is a fear consciousness that a lot of people,
It's so important that also a lot of people connect to this light This trust,
This healing energy called love And just allow yourself to open even further Well you can see in the distance a big ball of light and this light has beautiful colors today Maybe it's the same colors as before,
Maybe it's different colors,
Always good Let it shine and see how bright it is Maybe there are more aspects of this color shining Just allow this light to come closer Until it's right above you Then just invite this light to come down into your space Into your energetic body,
Your energy body You can also open up,
If you feel like it,
A little gateway on the crown of your head That sort of says that you are welcome to come inside as well,
So that the light can enter your physical body Just allow all of you to get suffused by this light All areas are soaked in this light from head to toe And you,
It is the light that is flowing to all parts of you All the organs,
All the muscles,
Your bones,
All the fluids All the cells Just allow yourself to see a cell in front of you,
This one cell And that this cell is filled with light And maybe it was not a clear cell when you first thought of it and it first came up for you Maybe it had little bit of spots,
I don't know,
But just see that this light transmutes all the dirt in this cell That it really clears the cell into this bright and shiny cell,
Full of this beautiful healing light And when this cell is fully filled and is beaming with light,
You just let the cell merge back into your body And just imagine yourself that all the cells around this cell Are infected by this light and that this light is just spreading to other cells around it Like a drop into a pond,
You can see the wrinkles go further and further It's like this cell is evaporating this light,
Is shining this light,
Is contaminating all cells with this beautiful healing light Until all of your body is filled with these healing cells of light And this light of a healing can go into our energetic body as well And just let it expand even further towards your whole consciousness And let this light just grow and grow to the whole area you're in The room,
The house,
The neighborhood,
The place you live in,
The whole region That is just suffused with this light,
This healing light And that all people in these areas are touched by this light,
This healing light And that all these people involved,
They feel supported,
They feel trust That eventually something good will come out of this And just let your awareness and this light just expand even further beyond borders And know that we will more than one connecting to this light now And that our light circles may already have forced each other to grow even brighter,
Stronger It grows into the whole of the continent,
To countries in need And all people in need of extra support and healing On all different levels,
Physical level,
Mental level,
Emotional level Even on the business level I would say,
On the professional level That all people involved can be supported,
Find the strength,
Find the power within them To connect to the power within them,
To this light that's always here To this light that we always can choose to connect to And just let this light spread further and further until and then falls all over the Earth With all of this light,
We bring healing,
Bring trust,
Bring light and love to all living creatures on this planet The humans,
The animals,
The plants and all that we might not see,
Everything that is alive All living energies are just filled,
Embraced with this light And love And connect back to your own energy and just see yourself surrounded by this ball of light A protective ball of light,
Only the good can come in,
That will keep you free from all the discord sent to you And this light that is still here with you during the day That you can always choose to connect to the light and love inside And if you want to set an intention for yourself for today,
You can whisper this out And so it will be done,

Manifest Now take a nice deep breath in and out And another nice deep breath in,
When you take this breath in you just feel the life force just flooding back into you And just become aware of your body again,
Grounded here You can move your fingers,
Wiggle with your head or toes,
Whatever suits you And just open up your arms and just reach for all the light around you as if you are just basically carrying it right until the top of your head where your hands fold together And you come down,
