Good morning.
Welcome to day three of this light meditation in order to spread the light and to focus on light,
Love and healing.
I'm really glad that you are able to join me.
Today I just want to dive in basically straight away.
So please make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
And we are going to be in meditation for about 20 minutes or so.
Just close your eyes,
Make yourself comfortable and take a nice deep breath in and out.
And another nice deep breath in and out.
And another nice deep breath in and out.
And just allow yourself to really become present,
Become fully aware of your entire body.
And just basically just melt down into your body.
You're fully grounded in your body.
All parts of your body are connected.
Your toes,
Your fingers,
The tip of your nose.
All is connected.
And when thoughts come,
Just let the thoughts pass by.
And return your attention to your breath.
Just follow your breath.
Follow my voice to take you into a deeper meditation.
In this meditation,
The intention is to enforce the healing power of light energy,
The healing power of love to spread.
Spread inside you,
Spread to the ones around you,
Spread to all areas around you.
And I'm asking all our guardian angels,
Masters,
The spirit world to support us in spreading this love.
Spreading this love energy,
This healing energy and clearing everything that is not attuned with our highest self,
With the highest good within us,
But also supporting everybody else in clearing negative energies in whatever way they come.
So just relax.
And maybe you want to invite your support,
Maybe your guardian angel or your masters or whatever feels good for you,
All is welcome.
And just allow yourself to fully open for this light energy.
As if you open a door to the front of your being saying,
Here I am,
I'm ready to let in this love energy,
This love light,
This healing light.
And open a door to the back and to the sides,
Even below and above.
So basically all doors are open.
So you're fully open to receive this energy.
Then just see one cell in front of you,
A cell that just randomly came out of your body.
And you just see it,
Just see it as it is.
And all permission is here for this cell to fully open to this love energy you are going to work with today.
Now imagine yourself a big ball of light,
This loving light,
And it's the most beautiful loving light you've ever seen.
The beams are coming out of this ball.
It's bright,
It's shiny,
It's welcoming,
It's loving.
And there is this cell in front of you.
And just lift this cell up while this loving energy,
This loving ball of light just comes nearer.
And see how this loving energy is filling this cell of yours and clearing this cell and transmuting all that is not free yet in this cell to be freed.
And when you see or have an idea that this cell is fully filled with this loving energy,
Place that inside of your body.
Let this loving energy be multiplied to all the cells around it and above,
Into all the cells below.
You can see in the meantime that this beam of loving light is just coming closer and enveloping you.
It's really surrounding you and it's entering your energy body and it's clearing all this cord in this energy body already,
Without that you have to do anything.
And then it enters into your body,
You merge into this energy.
This energy just transmutes all old consciousness that is allowed to let go of.
And if there is an area in your body,
It's where the energy is a little bit stuck.
Just see that energy,
That stuck energy in front of you.
Look at its form,
How big it is,
What texture it is,
Even the weight of it.
And then just hand it over to the light and see how the light just transmutes this energy.
Just let this light really suffuse you,
All parts of you,
All cells,
All the molecules,
All the spaces in between.
Really allow it to become stronger and fast,
Fast to all sides.
Let this beaming loving energy just beams into the world around you,
Into the room,
Into the house you live in,
Touching all the others that are in your house.
And scrolling further to the neighborhood and just see that it's touching,
This loving light is touching all beings living in your neighborhood.
And then it just spreads very naturally into the region around you,
To the country,
Continents,
And it just spreads.
How you keep connecting to this bowl of light and this light that's coming through you,
This loving light that transmutes all disease.
How you keep opening into this light,
Into this love.
Just let it beam even further.
By now our energy bundles have already enforced each other big time.
Just relax into this,
Just relax.
Just let it do what it does.
How you see in front of you that this light is just whirling around sweeping clean all that's allowed to be cleaned,
Raising the energy of love on this planet for all beings,
For all creatures.
While the whole planet is suffused with this loving light,
This beautiful love energy,
You may want to set an intention for yourself today.
In what way you would like this love energy to manifest in your life today and for the people around you,
For the people who are close to you,
For the people who are in need.
And just whisper that out.
And then just focus your awareness on your own energy.
And imagine yourself being within this ball of loving energy.
And this ball of loving energy will protect you through the day from all the negative energies that come your way.
It will support you in your own energy of love and trust and light.
Now let's just take a deep breath in.
Just really breathe in this loving energy one more time.
And then just open your arms to receive all this love and just collect it to raise your arms so that all the energy between the arms is right between your hands.
You just very gently put the fingertips on top of each other and your hand palms.
There's still,
You know,
In this little bit of space there that's capturing this loving energy.
And then just bring this loving energy down towards your heart.
