Okay.
Good morning.
Welcome to today's meditation.
Just take some time to settle down.
To become still.
Close your eyes.
Connect to your breath.
And just follow the in-flex and the out-flex of your breath.
No need to hold or anything.
Just observe.
And with every breath you melt down more and more into the stillness.
And become aware of your awareness.
Let it expand to the front to the back to all sides.
Expanding further and further away fast and endless boundless to all sides.
Also boundless below and infinite above.
And just imagine above you a golden beam of light.
It can be your kind of golden color.
Maybe there are other colors coming through as well.
And even if you don't know,
If you don't see,
Or just sense our just know it's there.
And just allow this beam of light to come closer and to surround you like a tube of light.
And it goes into the ground below,
Into Mother Earth all the way down to the center of Mother Earth right to the crystal heart of Mother Earth.
And then just allow this beam of light from source to enter the top of your head the crown of your head and let the light just flood in.
Let it open your crown chakra your third eye chakra and it's really radiating this beautiful light all around this area in your head and it sort of spirals down into your throat chakra however it will open your throat chakra clear whatever is ready to be cleared goes down into your heart chakra and also your heart chakra is lit up swirling in this energy and the energy emanating from your heart chakra goes into all parts around this heart chakra even goes in to the side into your arms,
Into your hands and when it's ready it just flows down into your solar plexus clearing,
Healing this area and flooding the area around the solar plexus with this beautiful healing golden light and it goes down into your sacral chakra and very gently it softens and clears and heals this tender area while it softly radiates to the lower part of your body and then this golden light goes even further down into your root chakra and this root chakra it confirms this golden light energy as if it really crowns you into the now,
Into the present moment and the golden energy flows into your thighs your upper legs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
Your toes now imagine that the light,
This golden light is expanding to your whole energy body expanding into your awareness all of you,
That you are this pure golden healing light and you are this pure golden light and you are this pure golden light and you are this pure golden light and you leave your attention gently on your heart this golden heart inside of you and just open the doors of your heart so that the love can flow out and this beautiful golden light,
Yellow,
Silver,
Golden,
I don't know what kind of colours they're all like this beautiful,
Beautiful healing light just really merge into this light and then the fight an enlightened master,
A guardian angel,
A spiritual mentor they'll be exactly the right mentor for now and you might see a mentor,
You might know,
You might sense and just see how this golden light energy emanates from that cell expressing you are pure gold,
You are pure golden light now you see that your mentor is sort of taking one's cell out of your being and enlarging it so it's right and clear in front of you and there might be some stains on this cell that prevents it from radiating bright and shiny and shine brilliantly and just ask your mentor,
Your spiritual guide just to clear these stains to heal and transmute and transform this so that the cell is beautiful,
Brilliant,
Flaming,
Clear,
It's pure light energy just give it some time until this happens even if you don't know why these stains are there,
Why it looks the way it looks just surrender this into this golden light,
It's time to let go and then see that the mentor and this cell is shining bright vibrating with this golden light energy,
The mentor places this cell inside of you and then as a petal thrown into a pond,
This cell is replicating this brilliance,
This light,
This vibration to all the cells around and that all the cells in your body are transmuting into this vibrant shining golden self and it goes into all parts of your body,
To all the cells,
All the molecules within the cells right up to the level of the DNA transmuting,
Lightening,
Clearing and just sense or feel or see or just know that this is happening and know and trust that this goes on,
This replicating of this beautiful golden light energy to all the cells of your body until it's completely finished and while this is happening,
You might want to set an intention for today and take a nice deep breath in and just pull your energy back into your physical form connect again to your physical form feel how you are still surrounded by this tube of light and that this light sort of seals the energy inside of you and keeps you from all the discord that is sent to you and connect again to the ground below moving your feet or your toes a little,
Your hands,
Your fingers and just keep it in your breath and take another nice deep breath in and take another nice deep breath in and one more breath in and sigh it out and just stretch out your arms to the sides,
Your hand palms facing up raise your arms above your head and close your hand palms together pull your hand palms down in front of your heart Namaste
