Good morning,
You early birds.
Because I know for a Sunday for many of us this will be really,
Really early.
And I'm really happy that you're sharing this time with me.
So if you see this video on a later time during this day,
You're very welcome as well.
Just spread the light and let's start going into meditation.
Just sit in an upright position and close your eyes when you're ready.
So when you're comfortable,
Just make sure you're comfortable.
That you can allow yourself just to really sink in to your own being.
Just focus your attention on yourself.
If there are any thoughts,
Just let them drift by,
Just place them on a cloud.
If there are any sounds around you,
Just allow these sounds just to draw your inside even further.
And just focus on your breath.
You might want to take a nice deep breath in and out.
And another nice deep breath in and out.
And one more time.
Now you just let your breath become very natural.
And in today's meditation,
We will focus and set the intention for gratitude to spread.
Because gratitude is a powerful,
A powerful immune boost.
Gratitude can only be felt by your heart.
And it's your heart energy that's the gateway to healing.
So just feel how you're seated,
Really connecting your sit bones to the ground below.
And feel how your feet are touching the ground below you or the area you're seated on below you.
Just really become aware of how you are carried,
Supported by the,
I don't know how to say this,
By the chair,
By the floor,
Wherever you're seated.
Really feel connected to this and connect to Mother Earth.
And you can do that in different ways.
But just feel the connection to your Mother Earth.
You might even want to imagine yourself in a big,
Big forest.
It's an open area where the sun is shining straight down in this area.
And that's where you're seated on the grass,
Maybe on a rock or a trench of the tree.
You just see yourself seated in this forest area.
There's so much green and light around you.
Nature is coming to bloom as it is spring.
And you're just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.
And just really feel the connection you have to Mother Earth.
And while we're connecting to Mother Earth,
I would like to call upon enlightened masters and saints,
Guardian angels of all of us to support us in bringing this light further into the world.
To empower this light within us,
But also to shine this light to the ones we love.
And somehow that this light is evaporating through us,
It somehow touches souls around us and supports human being in healing,
Supports Mother Earth in healing,
Supports all creatures on this planet in healing.
I would also like to invite the violet flame of Saint-Germain,
This healing flame that transmutes all fear,
Transmutes this ease.
And just allow this violet flame to rise in front of you.
And this beautiful violet color that is just shining and it's just,
Yeah,
It's like evaporating as well from this light.
It's like there is this light around this violet flame that is pure violet.
And this light is just expanding all the time into this place where you are seated in a forest.
It just surrounds all of you.
And this light just suffuses you,
Just enters your energy system.
And if there is any armor that is around you,
However thin,
Just make an opening into the front,
Into the back,
To all sides so that it can really fall away,
That you can step out this armor and this armor can be thrown into this violet flame.
And that the violet light can even penetrate all cells inside of you and sort of boost all the cells,
Boost your immune system,
Activates all that is needed for healing.
And while this is happening,
I want to say thanks.
Thanks to Mother Earth.
Thanks for carrying us.
Thanks for having put up with us for so many years while we were not neglecting you on so many levels.
Thank you for the beauty.
Thank you for your endless love and for your endless cycle of spring,
Summer,
Autumn,
Winter,
And all the teachings you give us that life is regenerated all over and over again.
If you look at the trees and how they sometimes grow in impossible areas,
Those trees,
They show us that you can always find a way even when it's hard in the beginning.
Just go on and you can stand firm while you do this,
Even though you feel this is not the ideal.
Just see how nature just gives us huge,
Huge examples.
The beauty of the trees,
The beauty of the flowers,
So many different flowers.
The compassion and love are like an apple tree.
The tree doesn't say,
Oh well,
This apple is not correct,
It's not perfect,
I'm going to let go.
No,
It carries,
It's cherishing the apple as well.
Thank you Mother Earth for showing us so many things and thank you for sharing with us that it's enough that we have to stop,
That we have to focus on what we really want,
What really is important in our lives.
We connect to our dear ones,
Care for our dear ones,
Care for each other.
Just allow yourself to connect to your heart and feel this gratitude in your heart.
Gratitude for the water,
Gratitude for the sun,
The sky,
Gratitude for the earth,
Gratitude for the fire,
Gratitude for all minerals that are here,
Gratitude for all living creatures,
Gratitude for the beauty of nature,
Gratitude for life itself.
Gratitude for living this life right now in this time and age.
And just connect,
Connect to this gratitude and love inside of you and just let it expand and you feel your heart,
The area around your heart,
Your whole chest is filled with this gratitude.
Just expand this even further to all sides of you and gratitude for your surrounding area,
For your loved ones,
For your relatives,
Your family,
Your friends,
Gratitude for the neighbourhood you live in,
The place you live in,
The whole region.
Gratitude for the continent you live in,
There is so much beauty.
Gratitude for the world,
The diversity of the world,
The number of adventures that can be found when you travel into the world,
Amazing beauties that can be found when you see the world in different areas,
The diversity from the polar caps to the deserts,
The rainforests to the wetlands,
The mountains,
The hills,
The beaches,
The sand,
All the beauty that Mother Earth is giving to us.
And just let this gratitude expand even further into the universe,
To the sun that is there every day.
In some areas of this world it's only there for a couple of hours,
In other areas it's there really,
Really,
Really long.
Thank you some for allowing us to warm ourselves,
To grow.
The moon energy that is supporting us,
The coming and going of life as we can see in the tides of the sea.
Just allow your attention to drift back to this place you were in the woods.
Just allow yourself to see the surrounding area again and this basking in this violet light,
It's filled with gratitude.
Now allow your attention to drift back to where you're seated in your house,
Connect to the underground you're sitting on.
You might want to wriggle your toes a little to connect to your physical form.
Maybe move your fingers a little bit very gently and then just take a nice deep breath in and just side out.
Another nice deep breath in and out and another nice deep breath in full of life,
Full of energy.
Ready to start your day or go on with your day if you do this meditation later on in the day and just let your arms come to the sides and just really embrace all the energy until your arms are right above your head,
Your hand palms connecting together and in these hand palms is this loving energy and just draw this loving energy down into your heart.
