I hope you all are well today and I am really glad you are joining me today for today's meditation.
And in this meditation we will just allow ourselves to become really still and surrender to whatever is.
So stop the resistance and just allow ourselves to move forward from all possibilities that are here.
I heard yesterday there was a little noise in the background so I hope today it is a little better.
Please let me know.
And let's just take a nice seat and let's get ready to dive into this meditation.
Okay so close your eyes.
Take a moment to find yourself a nice and comfortable position and just connect to yourself.
And just ask yourself to really become present fully in your entire body.
To become fully grounded as if you descend inside of yourself right through your toes and the bottom of your feet.
And that you really become aware of all parts of you.
That you can feel how it feels inside of your feet.
That you can feel the tip of your ears.
That you can feel your fingertips in your hands.
That you can feel how your sit bones are connected to the underground.
And just become aware if it's really like an upright position.
Like if there would be like a beam of light coming from the root of your chakras.
From all the way up to the crown.
If that would be one direct line.
And if not try to adjust so that the energy really can flow freely.
The life force energy can flow freely through your body and just does what it needs to do.
Without that we have to control it or to guide it or direct it.
We just allow ourselves to open for this life force energy.
And on the in-breath you just really take in this life force.
And on the out-breath you just let go.
You might want to imagine that your in-breath comes in on the crown of your head passing your third eye.
Goes down into your throat chakra,
Your heart chakra,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral chakra,
Your root chakra.
And then on the out-breath it just flows out from the root chakra.
And if you don't know what these chakras are just imagine yourself that the in-breath is coming on the top of your crown,
The crown of your head,
The top of your head.
And goes out right at your perineum which is between your anus and your sexual organs.
So just allow life force to come in and flow out.
And while this is happening just soften your body.
Just really soften from the inside.
As if you're surrendering to this life force,
Let's say,
Well I trust this life force to keep me upright.
I don't need to strengthen my position by pulling the muscles,
Stressing the muscles,
They can relax.
I will be carried.
Then just imagine yourself a huge staircase that's a very,
Very special staircase.
It goes up and you start walking up.
Step to number one,
Number two,
Number three.
And while you reach step number five it flips to the other side,
Very gently.
So four,
Five,
And it flips.
And while it,
When it has flipped it's magically become,
It's really,
Really long.
And while you take the first step down you can see there is the tube next to this staircase.
And while this staircase is so,
So long just allow yourself to take a seat in this tube and let yourself slide down this tube all the way into the most beautiful light area.
And while you're sliding down you just release and let go.
And it's going deeper and deeper all the time.
And then you enter into this beautiful light world.
And just take a moment to soak in this light,
The energy from this place.
And become aware of how beautiful this light is,
The embrace that goes out from this light.
And in this area you can invite your spiritual guides,
Can be mentors,
Guides,
Enlightened masters,
Guardian angels.
And just allow this light to become a sacred space,
Like a sanctuary,
Surrounded by our spiritual guides.
Help in the embrace of this light.
And just allow yourself to soak in this energy.
And to open your heart and connect to what you feel inside.
And while you breathe in the energy from this light world,
Just allow this energy to connect to your heart's energy.
And just allow your heart energy to grow and expand to all sides of you.
All the way to the top,
The crown of your head.
But also going down to the root chakra,
Into your legs,
To all parts of you.
And you might even become aware of a tingling sensation in your hand or feet,
Or different parts of your body.
And just allow it to be there.
Just welcome it with all of your heart.
And keep connecting to this light energy.
While your heart is expanding,
Filter this light energy.
And just ask yourself,
Who am I?
Who's the one becoming aware of this?
Who's the one hearing the voice?
Who are you?
And while you melt into this oneness,
This big,
Big universe that's all connected,
And we're all part of it.
And let's ask for some guidance and set an intention here that the best may happen for Mother Earth and all of the living creatures on this planet.
That in these transmutational times,
You can somehow have a positive impact on our loved ones,
Ourselves,
Our loved ones,
Our friends,
Relatives,
All of human being,
All of humankind.
And let's join together in this realm of stillness,
Light oneness,
And raising the energy for all healing to take place.
And without knowing what to do,
Where to go,
How to control,
Just let this inner wisdom,
This infinite wisdom just guide us every step of the way.
And this light energy,
This space where we're surrounded and connected,
Let's just beam this light towards the planet so that this radiance of light,
Healing energy,
Suffusing all of Mother Earth and all of living creatures,
All of humankind,
Surrendering to all what needs to happen,
That everything is happening for the best of us.
And just to bow down in reference for life,
For Mother Nature.
I mean,
Yeah,
I would like to say sorry,
Mother Nature,
Sorry that we all neglected you.
Some way,
I ask for forgiveness for the role I played in setting stage for this to happen.
And although I know I'm just part of a small part in a cycle,
I know I also contributed to this to happen.
Please forgive me.
And just allow this forgiveness to come in,
To really fill you up.
And if you need to forgive Mother Earth,
Humankind,
Living creatures,
Then please do so from the bottom of your heart.
Just from the bottom of my heart,
I forgive all living creatures who have contributed to this.
They were ignorant,
They didn't know.
And just let the forgiveness just flow to all the industries,
To all the traffic,
To all the plundering of resources of Mother Earth.
Just allow it to just flow this forgiveness.
And I would like to call upon all of humankind to raise your awareness.
And I'd like to pray or set a prayer that all of humankind will make one step forward in living in harmony with each other and Mother Nature.
Or you might want to add your own prayer or your own intention to this.
And I surrender just to whatever step that is,
But it will be totally fine because I'm part of this as well.
Then allow yourself just to become more present again.
Maybe just walk towards this slide and just see that there is somehow there's an elevator that just brings you right up to the top.
I feel while you're rising to the top of the staircase that the energy is flowing back as you're deepening your breath.
And when you're on the top of the staircase,
Just step out of the elevator and just really feel how your feet are connected to the ground and the floor.
And then just step down,
Step number five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Now with every step you just become more present in your body.
Your breathing is intensifying.
And just whenever you're ready,
Just take a nice deep breath in and out.
And another nice deep breath in full of life force.
Now one more deep breath in.
And just stretch out your arms,
Palms facing upwards and connecting your palms above your head and just letting them come down in front of your heart.
