Light Meditation 10

Do you need a moment of peace and quiet? Let yourself be guided into stillness. We will connect to the divine source of light energy and will activate this energy in ourselves and in the world around us. Join me to enforce this healing energy to grow and to contribute to healing in this world we live in.

Good morning, Welcome to day 10 of these light meditations. Really happy you're here again and well you know we're just going to dive into today's meditation to raise the light to enhance the healing energy in and around us. So when you're ready you can close your eyes and we're going to dive into meditation. So make sure you're in an upright position, You're comfortable and you can allow yourself to become fully present in your body. To become aware of your body, Your physical form and how this form is carried by Mother Earth. How you are supported by the underground you're seated on. And just allow yourself to soften, To let your mind wind down and just allow all the sounds around you to take you further into the stillness inside. And just allow yourself to melt and open like you inhale light and you exhale tension, Thoughts, All that's not serving you at this moment. While this is happening you allow yourself to drift inwards even further and every time you get distracted just focus your energy again on your breath. Just follow your breath and allow yourself to soften from within. In today's meditation I'd like to invite all enlightened masters, Saint-Germain, Buddha, Jesus, Maria Magdalena, Ramana and so many more. Support your own masters, Your guardian angels, Any spirits that guide you, All healing energy. I change your Michael and all healing energy is invited here in our meditation today. And I would like to ask for support in order to heal and bring forth the light, The healing energy just by connecting to this light, Just by being, Just by being connected to light the energy vibrating from ourselves, It's already soothing for the world around us. In these times where there's so much insecurity about what is going to happen and nothing will be the same ever again, It might or it might not be, We don't know. And for some of us that can be very scary, Uncertain, It can call up the fear inside of us. And in today's meditation I'd like to focus on releasing or transforming this insecurity these fears very naturally, But just imagine yourself to walk through beautiful forest, Sun is rising, The birds are awake, It's springtime, So all of mother earth, All of the plants, The trees, The flowers, They are awakening, Coming to bloom all on their own accord in their own time. And just walk down this path in this wood, In this forest. You can feel how soft it is underneath your feet, How the earth is basically just going along in every step you take. Like you can feel the resilience of mother earth while you walk down this path. At the end of this path, You can see in the distance there's more light coming through. You just walk there, Or you just feel how it feels to walk in this wood. Maybe you're at a place where it's familiar for you, You feel very comfortable, Maybe it feels a bit awkward, Or you're a bit, You don't know, You just don't know, And that feels a little bit awkward as well, I don't know. However it feels for you, Just allow it to be here. And if it feels scary to walk here, Just allow that to be here as well. If it feels joyful for you, Allow this to be here as well. However it feels, Just allow it to be here. When you walk to this light at the end of this path, And you can see while you walk closer to this, To the light, That there's an open area in the forest, A beautiful open space, And the sunlight just pours into this place. And while you're here, Just invite the sunlight to warm you, Just to transmute all that's here into this light. And however this feels in your body, Just embrace it, Just allow it. It doesn't need to be different, Just allow it to be here. It's all welcome, And this place where you are here right now, Is a sacred space. You can see the light that is coloring the sky, It's a healing light, It's like an orangey, Violet, Pink. It just has the most beautiful colors, As if the sky is saying, This healing light, I'm sending you this healing light, I'm sending you all this healing light. When you see this healing light up in the sky, Warmed by the sun, You just allow yourself to open the crown of your head, And just to allow this healing light to drift in. And just let this light just fill your cells, All the way to your chest, And that whole of your chest area. Just feel and become aware that it's relaxing while this light is coming in. It goes down into your torso, And also there, There's the light just suffusing all the organs, Everything inside, It's just softening all of your torso. It goes into your legs, And into Mother Earth. While you connect to Mother Earth, You can feel the healing energy coming right from the center of the Mother Earth, Right from the center. This huge crystal energy, Pure energy, It just comes up right from the bottom of your souls and flows in your body, And it connects to this healing violet light right in the center of your heart. And it flows further to above, It goes out, And the crown of your head comes right into the sky. See the connection between the center of Mother Earth and the sky, And it all comes together inside your heart, And just open your heart even wider for the loving energy, This healing energy. Just connect to this, And let it grow. Let it open. However it feels, Just keep opening. This light energy sort of explodes from all parts of you. It's your artists light, Your artists healing energy, Your art, Love, Your art universe, Your art is not knowing, Your art everything and nothing. You are one with all of the universe, With all of humankind, With all of Mother Earth, With all living creatures. You are one. And in this oneness, Just shine your light and just let it expand even further and further to your loved ones, To the world around you, The region you live in, The continent, All of Mother Earth, All planets, All living creatures. And from this space, This spacious awareness, This fear even possible, This insecurity possible, Is there any emotion possible? If you just are this awareness, This stillness. Maybe you want to set an intention or a prayer for today. Just feel how you're carried and just trust your prayer will be heard in a way you can't think of. We'll be divine, Dull and false according to the divine plan. Let's all connect to trust that healing is possible, The transformation of our world is taking place, People are awakening and connecting to nature again and to their own infinite awareness, This oneness that we all share. If there is a prayer, Just whisper it out and take a nice deep breath in and just allow this to become stronger with every breath, Just do this on your own accord. Let your energy flow back into your body and just deepen the breath, With every breath and just really come back into your form that you are aware again of your hands and your feet. Maybe you want to move your hands a little, Maybe you want to stretch. Just place your arms to the sides and let your hands come together above your head and just draw the stillness into your heart.
