This is Manal.
Welcome to Healing from Abandonment through adopting feelings of support,
Belonging,
And purpose.
The intention of this meditation is to identify feelings of abandonment that you may be holding on to and to guide you to recalibrate to embody feelings of belonging,
Support,
And purpose.
A common human experience is the sense of having been abandoned.
Many people feel this at some time in their journey.
This typically elicits feelings of loneliness,
Rawness,
And isolation.
Although we are conditioned to look mostly to human beings to support us in this human experience,
The truth is we are always connected to the Earth and to Universe.
We have never been abandoned,
Nor will we ever be,
Even if we feel it on the physical,
In our physical experience,
On our Earth journey,
On our human experience.
Abandonment is thus a gift that allows us to recognize and connect with a higher purpose in life.
It has a bigger,
Deeper meaning.
It illuminates the fact that we are always supported,
Supported by the Universe,
Supported by the Earth,
Supported by elements that are larger than us.
When you adopt the feeling of love and support at a higher level than humans,
You're able to overcome some of the lower feelings that abandonment may have caused for you on your physical journey.
When you can find an empowering outlook to life through God,
Spirit,
Buddha,
The Universe,
Angels,
Higher meaning,
The Law of Attraction,
Or any other greater power,
You will have the opportunity to recognize that you have always been supported,
And you will always be supported.
Join me today in releasing resistance from abandonment to move towards a life of support,
Belonging,
And purpose.
We will start with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in,
And release.
Take a second deep breath in,
And release.
Take a third and final deep breath in,
And release.
Invite into your awareness a situation,
Person,
Or conflict that causes feelings of abandonment to arise within you.
Become aware of what this abandonment feels like within your four bodies,
Your physical body,
Which is your physical sensation,
Tension,
Numbness,
Tightening,
Pain in your heart,
Ache in your stomach.
Pay attention to the emotional response,
Sadness,
Anger,
Frustration.
What stories and thoughts do you hold in relation to this abandonment?
What beliefs or misbeliefs have you created with respect to this abandonment?
Connect with yourself in the third person,
As an observer,
And feel into the physicality,
The emotions,
The thoughts,
The beliefs that surface when you focus on how you approach your perception of life in the context of this abandonment.
There is so much power in your recognition of the physical sensations,
Its accompanying emotions,
The thoughts,
And the beliefs.
Together they form resistance when they cause pain of any type within you.
This pain is a tool.
It's a tool to help you guide to a greater understanding of your desires.
Recognize from this resistance what it is that you do not want.
This topic is about abandonment,
So you do not want to be alone,
Unsupported,
And lonely,
Perhaps.
Invite the word and the feeling that best resonates with what you do not desire.
Once you connect with this word,
Find the opposite,
What your desire is,
A desire of feeling connection,
A desire of love,
Happiness,
Freedom,
Worthiness.
The power of the resistance is when it guides you to a greater understanding of your desires.
Ultimately the desire is unconditional worthiness,
Freedom,
And love.
Bask in the knowing that you are unconditional,
You are unconditionally worthy,
You are unconditionally free,
And you are unconditionally loved,
And that every human experience is external to you and teaches you to internally calibrate to these truths.
Appreciate your awareness of this perception.
Appreciate your desire for growth.
Appreciate that this human journey is here to guide you towards growth and expansion.
Recognize this life and these underlying emotions have led you to clarity,
And this clarity is self-empowerment and alignment with your inner power.
Your clarity is power.
Take your power back,
And at this point,
Connect with all of the resistance that you felt into and take a deep breath in and release,
Release,
Release.
Release all of the resistance that you connected with,
All of the resistance associated with abandonment,
Release.
Wonderful.
Take a quick scan of your body and see if there's any additional resistance,
Tension,
Physical feelings,
Emotions that you're aware of.
Notice this area.
Recognize the power and resistance and just ask yourself,
What am I meant to learn from this resistance?
Connect with the feeling.
Invite a greater understanding of the associated emotion.
See if there are any thoughts or beliefs that are attracted when you focus into this resistance.
Acknowledge your desire for growth and expansion,
For freedom,
Worthiness,
And love.
And release,
Release,
Release all of the tension and resistance you connected with.
Wonderful.
At this point,
Create an intention of support,
Belonging,
And purpose.
Choose to approach life's success through your connection with your inner self,
Your happiness and your satisfaction,
All with the support of the universe right there with you along the way.

Go ahead.
I will pause to give you the opportunity to create any further intentions and to allow these intentions to calibrate.

Take a big,
Deep breath in of support and release.
Take a very deep breath in of belonging and release.
Take a deep breath in of purpose and release.
Shower your body with the light of the universal divine.
Imagine this light circling around your body,
The light of peace,
The light of groundedness,
The light of love,
The light of presence,
The light of stability,
The light of belonging,
And the light of love.
As your day unfolds,
Recognize any moments that you may have a feeling,
Even an inkling,
Of abandonment.
Gently become aware and acknowledge these feelings.
Appreciate your opportunity to let go and grow and relieve.
Be compassionate as you recondition your mind.
It has taken you years to get here.
Let your mind take the time that it needs to be reconditioned to a place of freedom,
The time that is best for your highest good.
These concepts will begin to integrate into your heart,
Mind,
Body,
And soul.
Feel free to return to this meditation until you recondition yourself to discover and embrace the life that you want to live.
A life of belonging,
A life of connection,
A life of purpose.
