Welcome to Finding Relief from Foot Pain Meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to become aware,
Acknowledge,
Appreciate and release resistance related to your foot pain to guide you to embrace life with groundedness,
Security and stability.
The foot represents physically and metaphorically the connection that one has with earth and ultimately ourselves.
Our feet,
Physically and metaphysically support us and carry us through life.
When one's foot hurts,
It represents the physical pain associated with disconnection with your authentic self and movement forward and purpose in life.
Essentially,
A physical expression representing disconnection from the truth of who you are.
Together we will explore the physical resistance stored in your feet to become aware,
Acknowledge,
Appreciate the emotional components connected to this physical resistance and to release.
We will then invoke a life with feelings of groundedness,
Security and stability.
At any point,
If a direction does not resonate with you,
It is okay.
Remain connected with your body,
Surrender and trust that your body will always know what to do.
Become a connoisseur to the sensations and messages that your body is providing to you.
Let us start with a few grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in and release.
And take a final deep breath in and release.
Become aware of your feet.
Focus on and scan your feet for resistance.
Become aware of any physical sensations on or around your feet.
Feel into your resistance.
This may be in the form of soreness,
Swelling,
Tingling,
Achy,
Tight,
Numb,
Tired or itchy.
Try to remain objective.
It may be both your feet,
Or just your right,
Just your left,
Maybe your toes.
Feel into it as if in third person.
Explore.
Be open to any messages or guidance that you may receive from your feet.
I'll pause a moment to give you a moment to connect.
Wonderful.
Acknowledge any messages that you may have received from your feet.
Let your resistance know that you feel it,
See it and hear it.
Messages and guidance may be in the form of resistance.
Resistance in this area may feel like pushing too hard,
Stagnant,
Holding yourself back,
Rigid,
Resistant of change.
Messages may be in the form of a color,
An image,
A situation,
Incident or person.
Watch the messages from your feet.
Trust your body will show you what you need to know either now or when you are ready.
I'll pause to give you the opportunity to connect once again.
Excellent.
At this point,
Appreciate the messages that you may have received.
The intention here is to relax into the resistance,
Taking time to truly appreciate the physical sensations,
The emotional sensations,
The messages.
Relaxation is an opportunity for growth and expansion.
In the case of resistance related to feet,
It is a beautiful opportunity to embrace groundedness,
Security and stability.
And now,
After becoming aware,
Acknowledging and appreciating the resistance,
Release,
Release,
Release,
Release all of the resistance back to the universe.
If you are not sure,
Trust that your intention will release all of the resistance back to the core of the earth through the bottom of your feet.
And release.
And release.
Breathe in groundedness.
And release.
Breathe in sense of security.
And release.
Breathe in stability.
And release.
Breathe in balance and support.
And release.
Bathe your feet with the divine light of the earth.
Imagine this beautiful light from the core of the earth connecting with your feet and nourishing,
Rich,
Healing and loving light from mother earth.
Once again,
If you are unsure,
Trust your intention.
Trust your intention.
Bathe your feet with light from the core of the earth,
Light of groundedness,
Light of security and light of stability.
Your body is a powerful engine.
We are built with an amazing ability to heal.
Celebrate and appreciate the strength,
Beauty and miracle of the human body,
Of your human body,
Of your body,
Of you.
Daily repetition and focus will surely accelerate your healing.
Be aware of any limiting thoughts that you may say about your feet,
Such as my right foot is always hurting.
My left foot is messed up.
Replace those limiting thoughts with thoughts such as it is incredible how much our bodies know and can tell us if we listen and trust.
The human body is a miracle.
Our bodies are capable of so much.
Use a statement that you believe and does not create resistance in your mind,
Heart,
Body or soul.
The shift in your feet may be immediate,
Or it may take days,
Weeks or months to heal this pain.
Embrace the concept of time and enjoy this journey of reconnecting with your body in developing empowering thoughts.
Choose to live life joyously,
Freely and with ease,
And to honor your body as healthy and strong.
Be compassionate and loving.
This pain has built up over time.
Allow it to rebuild to wellness,
Health and strength in the time that serves your highest good.
Accept and appreciate the process and your growth and expansion.
Honor the process and your journey to return to full strength,
Inner power and health.
