Welcome to the Finding Relief from Shoulder Pain meditation.
Shoulders represent the resistance related to stress,
Weight,
And burden of life.
Shoulder pain is sometimes expressed as carrying the weight of the world,
The weight of relationships,
Family,
Professional or academic careers,
And society or world issues in general.
Frozen shoulder,
For example,
May literally feel frozen and just feeling trapped in life.
Shoulder pain may also feel like helplessness and disempowerment.
Shoulder pain represents our capacity to carry our experience in life with freedom,
Ease,
And joy.
We can choose to experience life as a burden or with ease by our attitude.
The intention of this meditation is to become aware,
Acknowledge,
Appreciate,
And release resistance related to your shoulder pain to guide you to embrace life with ease,
Joy,
And freedom.
As always,
I trust that this meditation serves for your highest good and that you and your space are fully protected.
At any point in this meditation,
If a direction does not resonate with you,
It is okay.
Remain connected with your body,
Surrender,
And trust that your body will always know what to do.
Become a connoisseur to the sensations and messages that your body is providing to you.
Let us start with a few grounding breaths.

Become aware of your shoulders.
Focus on and scan your shoulders for resistance.
Become aware of any physical sensations on or around your shoulders.
Feel into your resistance.
This may be in the form of numbness,
Tingling,
Tension,
Tightness,
Even heaviness.
Try to remain objective.
It may be both shoulders or just your right or your left.
Feel into it as if in third person.
Explore and be open to any messages that you may receive from your shoulders.
I'll pause a moment to enable you just to feel it.
Acknowledge any messages that you may have received from your body.
Let your body know that you feel it and you see it and you hear it.
Messages may be in the form of emotions.
Emotions in this area may feel like burden.
The ability,
Responsibility,
Hopelessness,
The inability to let go,
Forgive or even guilt.
Messages may also be in the form of color or image of a situation,
Incident or person.
Acknowledge the messages from your shoulder.
Trust your body will show you what you need to know either now or when you are ready.
Appreciate the message.
The intention here is to relax into the resistance.
Taking time to truly appreciate the sensations,
The messages,
The emotions,
The situations.
Pain is an opportunity for growth and expansion.
With the case of resistance related shoulders,
It's an opportunity to embrace ease,
Joy and flow.
And now after becoming aware,
Acknowledging,
Appreciating the resistance and now it is time to release.
Feel in and release.
Expell all of this resistance out of your body and release.
Surrender your pain to the universe and release.
If you're not sure,
Trust that your intention will release to the universe and release and release.

Breathe in ease and release.
Breathe in joy and release.
Breathe in freedom and release.
Breathe in flow and release.
Breathe in wellness and release.
Breathe in inner strength and release.
Breathe in health and release.
Breathe in love and breathe out love.
Shower your shoulders with the universal healing light.
Imagine this beautiful light showering and going through your shoulders,
Providing rich healing and loving light.
And once again,
If you're unsure,
Trust your intention.
Trust your intention.
Shower your full body with universal light,
Light of freedom,
Light of ease,
Light of joy,
Light of flow,
Light of wellness,
Light of health,
Light of inner strength,
Light of love.
Your body is a powerful engine.
We are built with an amazing ability to heal.
Celebrate and appreciate the strength,
Beauty and miracle of your human body,
Of your body,
Of you.
Daily repetition and focus will surely accelerate your healing.
Be aware of any limiting thoughts that you may say about your shoulders.
Replace those limiting thoughts with thoughts such as,
It is incredible how much my body knows and can tell me when I listen and trust.
My body is a miracle.
Our bodies are capable of so much.
My body is capable of so much.
Use a statement that you believe and does not create resistance in your mind,
Emotions of your body.
Repeat this meditation on your area of pain daily and twice if you're able.
It may take days,
Weeks or even months to heal this pain,
Particularly if it has been long term chronic pain.
Release the concept of time and enjoy this journey of reconnecting with your body and developing empowering thoughts.
Science indicates that it takes an average of 21 days to recondition your mind.
Choose to live life joyously,
Freely and with ease and to honor your body as healthy and strong.
This meditation is not a replacement for medical care but enables you to add energetic vibrational healing.
Be compassionate and loving.
This pain has built up over time.
Allow it to build to wellness,
Health and strength in the time that serves your highest good.
Accept and appreciate the process in your growth and expansion.
Honor the process.
Honor your journey and return to full strength.
