Make yourself comfortable and sit or lay down and just make sure all possible distractions are turned off.
Just set this time aside for you.
Now close your eyes and bring your focus to your breathing.
Just follow your breath going in and out of your body and any thoughts that come by.
Just leave it all as it is.
Just focus on your breathing and observe every breath you take.
This is your moment to make contact with the inner peace within and to find the calmness within.
Somewhere in your body is a place of complete calmness,
The source of inner peace and tranquility.
You can go to this place whenever you want,
Whatever happens around you.
Try to find this place in your body.
If you feel this source,
Where is it located in your body?
Where can you feel complete peace and calmness?
What is the center of your inner peace?
Just feel it and go there and experience the calmness.
Stay focused on this source in your body and try to really observe this area.
What color is this source?
Can you feel the energy of the source?
How does the rest of your body feel when you are in this area?
Imagine now that bright white light enters your body through your crown chakra on the top of your head.
This beautiful white light enters all of your cells and flows throughout your body and brings you to a state of peace and purity.
Now open your heart and let all this pure,
Calm,
Positive energy enter your heart.
Feel the energy of complete calm and surrender.
Know that when there is tension in your life,
Stress,
And you feel overwhelmed,
You can always go back to this place.
Your source within.
This is who you really are.
A beautiful sparkling soul filled with unconditional love and inner peace.
Slowly come back to the here and now and focus your attention back on your breathing and on your physical body.
Feel the ground that you are laying on.
Slowly make some movement in your body,
Move your feet,
Your hands,
And become aware of the area around you.
When you are ready you can open your eyes.
