Go ahead and lay down or get comfortable however that is for you right now And we welcome Ananda Nelson to lead us through this short,

But divine meditation Go ahead and take a deep breath in through your nose if you can Really deepening it and just letting it go One more deep breath in Really expanding and opening that chest and letting go when you're ready And Simply remembering that with each breath It carries information and light to the rest of your body to pause to rest and become still And if there's any parts of your body that need extra love or attention right now just bring your awareness to it Take another breath into any of those spaces And in this moment simply set the intention and your mind quietly affirm with yourself I Allow myself to simply let go now Let go of yourself Let go of yourself Let go of yourself Let go of yourself Letting any of the outside or external distractions just dissipate Tune into the heart And really meet yourself where you're at Giving yourself that grace or compassion Let your mind rest And begin to tune in to the soul of what you are that is directly connected to God the divine source creator And take a deep breath into that presence And see if you can simply be in this stillness Connect Surrender And at this time simply inviting and allowing The highest source To move through you And if you can just ask your heart to quietly in your mind How can I most honor you For where you are right now What would truly be of service to my heart Let it come through Take that one more breath And remember that you can access this place this space anytime anywhere I simply invite you to come back to your body To remember that the mindset you choose today Will continue to honor you exactly where you are Open those beautiful eyes See through them with love and with honor All is well
