Thank you so much for joining me today in this meditation.
I'm going to be sending you a little bit of Reiki healing energy to help balance any energies that are out of alignment,
Healing the immune system,
And taking some preventative care if you're just wanting to make sure that you stay well.
Just making sure you're nice and comfortable to receive,
Maybe propping a pillow underneath your knees,
Opening the arms up wide,
Taking up lots of space so that you have room to clear anything that's stuck or stagnant.
A lot of times when I catch a cold or get sick,
It's my body trying to tell me that I need to rest,
I'm taking on a little bit too much.
So there's a lot of emotional stuff going on.
Sometimes it's hard to rest when we don't feel like we're financially safe to take off work or that other people are in need of us to take care of them,
So it can be hard to sit back.
So let's dedicate this time to ourselves.
Take this moment to give yourself permission for the next few minutes to just focus your energy on you,
To just receive.
All of your needs in this moment are met,
You're safe to feel.
You don't have to do anything with those feelings,
Just let them come up and out of the body.
I'm going to take some deep cleansing breaths with me,
I'm going to light some Palo Santo.
I'm just clearing out the aura of any energy that doesn't belong to you,
Anything stagnant from tiredness,
Any overwhelm from your day,
Just clearing that out.
Deep,
That long,
Slow exhale,
Good,
Om Shanti Shanti,
Om Shanti Shanti.
And if you'd like to receive energy healing,
Just saying aloud yes or nodding to give permission for this energy to come through.
Imagine that I'm just placing my hands over your eyes,
Hovering one to two inches over your face.
You can even place your own hands here if you'd like,
Turning that gaze inward,
Opening up all the sinuses,
Pulling out any tension from the face,
The neck and shoulders,
The eyebrows,
The ears,
Pulling out any bacteria or toxin that is stagnant in the lymph nodes,
Fixing awareness on the left side of the neck,
And just noticing.
Meditation is not about fixing,
It's just about awareness.
It's about listening to your body when it speaks to you.
Your body is not against you,
My love,
It's only responding.
Switch that awareness over to the right side of the neck.
Notice if the face scrunched up,
Relaxing those muscles.
Coming down into the lymph area in the chest and the armpits,
Just maybe opening the arms a little bit more so we can get that energy flowing through.
Breathe.
Breathing in with a piece of blue calcite over your throat,
Your chest.
Sometimes stagnancy in the throat can indicate that there's an energy of denial,
Not feeling connected to your voice,
Not feeling safe to speak up for yourself in some way.
Maybe at home or at work,
Not feeling fully heard,
Or maybe it's that you're filling every empty space with sounds that are low vibrational,
Scooping those out with this crystal.
Again,
Just recognizing that in this moment here,
You're safe.
This time is just for you.
You can feel fully heard,
So if you need to talk or say something aloud or walk through something in your own mind,
You can do that.
Bring that awareness down into the belly now,
If there's any digestive issues going on,
Removing any virus,
Any bacteria.
Everything is energy,
Even tangible physical things are just energy,
So when we work with that energy,
If you're really willing to feel what it is,
Why it's here,
You can hold it with compassion,
Because sometimes we need a virus in order to clear out dense old patterns.
Sometimes the body detoxes naturally when it's time to clear out a habit,
A person,
A relationship,
A job,
And nothing needs to be figured out in this moment.
Just receiving soothing and healing energy.
Know that it doesn't come from an external place.
As you breathe,
Imagine that light coming in through the top of your head,
Sinking deeply into the belly,
Reaching the places that are dark or dense,
Filling every crevice,
Every corner with light,
Noticing what you feel in the belly.
How are you digesting all that's around you?
Are you internalizing?
Are you emotionally dumping?
Good.
Deep breaths.
Placing your left hand over your heart and your right over your belly.
And if it's safe to speak aloud,
You can repeat these mantras,
Or just say them in your head.
I honor and listen to my body.
I am listening to you,
Body.
I love you,
Body.
I love you,
Body.
I am okay with resting,
If it is for the greatest and highest good.
I am healing with every breath that I take.
I am healing with every breath that I take.
Start to stretch and move in any way that feels good for you.
Reaching the arms overhead.
Bring the knees to the chest.
Give yourself a nice big squeeze,
Rocking side to side.
Feeling all of this energy sealed up and closed,
So that you continue coming into balance.
Keep others safe from picking up any bacteria.
