Good morning and welcome to this new day.
We're just gonna take a few mindful moments together to shake off the sleepies and set our intention so that this day can be moved through with grace and gratitude.
So I commend you for showing up.
Let's start by getting into a comfortable position,
Sitting upright.
If you're still laying down,
Go ahead and sit up,
Come on,
And take a deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh out any stagnant energy,
Anything that's bothering you,
Maybe from a bad dream or just the responsibilities,
The circumstances of life that appear now that you're awake.
A few more deep breaths to prepare.
We're gonna move some energy through the spine,
Through the body.
So if you'd like to take a breath of fire here,
You can do that.
30 seconds on,
30 seconds hold.
If not,
Just place the arms out in front of you like you're a zombie and then start to violently shake the arms.
Let it shake and move your whole entire torso.
I know it feels silly,
Just do it.
Breathe,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake.
Keep going.
This is a wonderful kundalini practice.
Shaking out the whole entire body.
And rest.
Inhale,
Slow exhale through pursed lips.
Let everything settle.
Now start to just regulate the nervous system with those slow exhales.
Keeping your chin up.
Keeping your thoughts positive.
Start to visualize the day that you want to live today.
See yourself leaving early and having a great drive or commute.
See yourself connecting with people.
Laughing.
Miracles occurring.
Feel it in your body.
Great job.
Feeling that rhythm start to move joy through your body.
And think of three things that you're grateful for,
Big or small,
Doesn't matter.
Feel them as if you're living that experience right now.
Take three deep breaths in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Maybe rolling the head and neck in some circles.
Blinking the eyes open.
Bringing hands to prayer at heart center and bowing to yourself in reverence for this beautiful miraculous day.
