This audio is a recapitulation of the fourth session of the course: ingredients for awakening ii. We usually go very fast through life... And to promote our contact with our spirituality, slowing down is a good thing, especially internally. To end this session we will carry out a somewhat peculiar practice.

I think we all associate calm and relaxation with meditation and wise people,

And I can't imagine them running around like a headless chicken,

And if they run physically,

There's calmness within them,

As it is shown in the movie The Matrix.

Our relative is movement itself,

Unconscious movement,

And this very same unconsciousness implies going faster than desire.

Presence leads,

Concentrates,

Structures,

Unifies.

Presence comes,

Empowers.

Attending implies feeling,

Perceiving,

And at that moment we stop.

We tune in with the rhythm of nature,

With our body.

Therefore,

If I allow myself to fully perceive,

I become quiet.

The chain of thought is greatly reduced,

Even disappears.

We divert our attention from our thoughts to our sense perceptions.

We can allow some gentle movement to work its way through us.

A slow undulation arises,

Like seaweed at the bottom of the sea,

Disappear and allow the mystery of life to move you,

Somewhat natural,

Somewhat more harmonious,

Somewhat slower.
