Welcome everyone to this guided meditation for engaging presence.
The art of being.
Taking a nice deep breath.
Being in the moment.
Being in the space of release of all the day's distractions.
Doing this busy.
I want you to notice your body.
What's happening within it right now?
Are you still holding tension perhaps in your back?
Constricting the lungs?
Are your shoulders up by your ears?
Let's release those.
Let's truly let go.
Let's fall apart so we can put ourselves back together in this moment.
In this now.
So lean into the uncomfortable.
It is in the uncomfortable where we begin to acknowledge that there is something in the mind deleting that part of ourselves that is pure love.
Unconditional.
Where are you holding pain?
Where is it in your body?
Feel it.
Experience it.
Notice it.
Feel the uncomfortableness growing in your belly as anger rises up.
Don't try and fight it.
Come to the now.
The present moment.
Who am I?
Who am I?
I am the light within.
I am not sick.
I am whole and complete.
There is no pain only love in now.
Nothing outwardly wins in now.
Breathing that in.
Taking a deep breath and letting it go.
Coming back to the body.
Experiencing any other pains,
Upsets,
Struggle that keep you from the now.
First experience it.
Think of it.
Think of how it came about.
Think of what it feels like to hold on to it.
Feel the anger rising up and then the let go.
It's a big large breath.
Here in the now I am healthy,
Whole,
Complete.
Never sick,
Never weary.
I am.
I am.
And then feel the release in that part of your body.
Feel yourself let go and breathe it out.
Experience that expansion as you deepen your connection to the now.
In the present moment we cannot fail.
We have no ideas of what happened in our past.
We don't think of our future.
We simply stay in this place of now.
Nothing outside we.
Nothing outside we.
Now is where you experience truth.
It is the love within.
It is you and I and we who are one.
We.
That is who you are.
The wicked enemy of fear and anger is now.
Be at peace in now.
Love is now.
And let's go ahead and move forward to any other physical upsets.
The triggers that bind you back to the human experience.
The collective ideals.
The rumors,
Innuendos.
The constructs built so long ago that you hold hostage inside.
And do you feel that in your belly?
Do you feel that rising as all of that sits in your fear inside the belly?
Holding on grasping so tightly.
And let's breathe that out coming back to the now.
In the now is where there is no past.
There is no future.
There is only the love.
The truth of all.
Now I am whole and complete.
Now I am one with all that is.
Now I am separate no more.
Now I am healing.
Now I believe and trust in all because I am.
Because I am.
Because I am.
And you are welcome to stay in this meditation for a little while longer.
In your own time and your own pace.
Letting go of whatever triggers you in your mind and then releasing it back to the now.
Spend these last few minutes on your own being in now.
