Drift into a state of peace in this short mindfulness-based meditation. You will gently be led into a loving space as you ascend into a positive light and being. The first five minutes you will follow the voice and the last two minutes are for quiet contemplation.

Welcome to this guided meditation for finding peace.

Peace is who we are.

It is within us.

It is our natural state of being.

Peace is generated from the inside out.

We cultivate it within and then find things to match it outside of us.

When you spend time in nature,

When you put away distractions,

When you close the eyes and breathe,

You are cultivating inner peace.

Calm,

Quiet,

Stillness.

These are the words that lead you into a state of joy and bliss that we call peace.

On earth it is practice.

Every day you must align to your truth,

To your core beingness,

To the love that is in you.

You are love at your core,

Which means you are peace.

I am peace.

Say this as often as you can to remind yourself that being is our natural state and doing is our ego state.

I am being.

I am peaceful.

Having kindness can be cultivated as well.

Loving everyone and everything.

Finding joy in every situation.

Loving yourself,

Loving others,

Loving the planet and everyone and everything that exists on it,

Which is part of you.

It is part of our unity.

It is part of our oneness.

When we cultivate peace,

It is cultivating peace for everyone and everything.

Your spark of divine helps others ignite their own.

Let's take a moment to cultivate peace here with our eyes closed and our mind open.

Use the voice of love to go deeper as if you were on an escalator slowly taking you down further,

Deeper into a state of being.

The further you go down,

The more peaceful you feel.

The less connected you feel into your human soul,

The more connected you feel into your pure soul,

Your one soul.

I am.

I am.

Stay the I am with every step you're taking towards peace,

Bliss.

Once you get there,

Let's stay here.

Let's stay in our bliss.
