Welcome to this meditation to guide you into silence.

There is so much to be learned in silence.

When you take away the noise of distractions,

The path becomes clear and all you are thinking upon is manifested more easily.

When you mindfully choose to close the eyes and breathe,

You open a window.

Fresh air for the soul.

Now is the time to gently close your eyes.

Find a comfortable space of comfortable position.

Start to listen to your breath.

Starting to notice the rise and the fall of each passing breath.

Letting that fresh air flow through your nostrils,

Out your mouth.

Connecting that inner light so that you can open that window into the soul.

You will be guided into silence.

And once you are there,

It's up to you how long you wish to stay there.

The music will play,

The thoughts will be gone,

And you get to stay there for as long as you want.

Continuing to notice the breath.

Noticing the rise and the fall of every passing breath.

Expressing gratitude that your body knows exactly what to do.

You no need to think about it,

It just breathes on its own.

It's time to take away the noise,

Take away distractions,

And notice only what is going on inside the body.

And then we will shed the body and let the mind go quiet.

There is a beautiful light within all of us.

A light that when we achieve it,

We are easily guided into silence.

And so right now we will find that light and let it overtake us so that we can achieve stillness,

Quiet,

Calm,

Inner peace.

Start to notice the sensations in your body beginning from your feet.

Letting go of tension and stress.

Rising up into your ankles and your calves.

Letting every single part of your body breathe.

Listen to your body as if it was your breath.

Each part sweating itself of any pain or sadness.

Rising up into your knees.

Rising and falling.

Going deeper into quiet.

Into your thighs and through your hips.

Letting every breath you take bring you deeper and deeper and deeper into calm.

And into your stomach noticing the rise and fall of that belly.

Taking deeper breaths.

Going deeper inside.

And then beginning to let go of the breath.

Letting the rise and fall get shallower as you empty the contents of your mind.

As you sweat the body,

As you let go.

Every breath continues to take you further into silence.

Coming up into the chest.

Connecting into the heart center.

Bringing gratitude and love into your heart.

Sending love to every single part of your body.

Placing the hand on the heart.

Connecting to your heartbeat.

Connecting to the breath of life.

Using your breath expand your lungs,

Expand your heart as your mind begins to shed itself of any thoughts that does not serve the highest good of all.

Coming up into your shoulders,

Letting go of stress.

Picture those shoulders rising and falling like the breath.

Sweating out the pain until they go shallow.

Coming up through the neck.

Noticing the breath as it rises into the trachea.

Then out the nostrils.

Coming up into the eyes,

Gently closed,

Relaxed.

Seeing nothing but color.

Coming up into the headspace.

Starting to sweat out any thoughts still stuck.

Keeping the mind tethered to the body stops you from connecting to the soul.

So we're going to cut that cord right now from the brain to the mind.

Inside the head is the brain,

Outside the body is the mind.

And there is a tether that binds them.

And now is the time to cut that tether.

And now is the time to cut that tether.

And now is the time to cut that tether.

Using some energetic scissors,

Cut the tether from the brain to the mind.

Using some energetic scissors,

It's time to cut that tether from the brain to the mind.

Cut the tether and let the mind go free.

Floating off into silence.

And now is the time to cut that tether from the mind.

And now is the time to cut that tether from the mind.
