Hey,
Tonight I am going to be taking you through a guided sleep story.
On this guided experience I will be taking you to Iceland and to the beautiful blue waters
of the Blue Lagoon.
Before we begin,
Let's take a few moments to get comfortable in bed,
Feel the warmth
from your covers and the soft support from the surface below you.
Take some slow relaxing breaths and as you exhale,
Let go of any tension your body is
holding onto.
Allow this calming feeling to slowly flow through your entire body from your head to
your toes.
And when you are ready,
Close your eyes.
We are going to begin this journey by observing the breathtaking views,
Watching as the sparkling
blue water sways from side to side,
Creating majestic ripples throughout.
The lagoon is a perfect 39 degrees.
You can see the warm steam floating up and away,
Covering the black rock from the surrounding
lava fields.
Up and away to the bright sky above,
The clouds are calmly drifting by,
Whilst the orange
sun begins to set,
Leaving a pink tint to this already dazzling landscape.
Notice the cool breeze brushing against your skin softly.
You begin to walk forward to enter the soothing water.
With each step that you take,
You are floating into deeper relaxation.
As you enter the water,
You feel the smooth surface below your feet and the luxurious
heat first on your legs and as you take another step further into the lagoon,
The heat begins
to travel from your toes and your feet.
The warmth is travelling up through your legs and your hips,
Until it is covering you
up to your shoulders and through your back.
This peaceful warmth is filling your entire body,
The water is healing and nourishing
for your skin.
As you breathe deeply,
You feel this flow of relaxation gently passing through you.
You slowly run your hands through the glistening blue water,
Noticing how it feels as it trickles
through your fingers.
In this moment,
Your entire body is warm and relaxed.
The blue lagoon is rich in natural minerals and as they cover you entirely,
You feel the
warmth and your skin feels the nourishment.
This is a peaceful place for you to relax fully.
Let go of any stress and just listen to the calm water flowing.
In this moment,
You are calm,
You are happy and you are relaxed.
