You would just find your center.
If it feels good to close your eyes,
Close your eyes.
If not,
Find a focal point on the floor.
And we're going to quickly ground and center.
So bring your attention back to your roots.
Extend that energy down into the core.
Through your imagination.
Maybe that feels like roots.
Maybe it feels like a column of light.
And Anchor plug into the core of the earth.
And now bring your attention back.
To that ball or beam of light above your head.
And I want you to pretend that as it is descending,
It is.
Holding you externally.
Coating your auric field externally and that it's creating this bubble.
Around you.
And with each inhale,
And exhale.
It gets stronger.
And brighter.
It may be iridescent or opalescent.
But the purpose of this protective bubble.
Is to act like a filter.
So when you are in a situation or an environment that requires extra protection.
It will filter out.
The energy emitted from other people.
And cleanse it.
Before it reaches you.
It works the same way as sunblock.
Certain points in time,
We need sunblock.
In other situations.
We don't need so much.
But being able to assess.
The situation that you are in or going into.
And putting yourself into this protective bubble.
Will.
Not only filter the energy,
That comes to you from others.
But cleanse your energy.
As you release it.
So you do not perpetuate any harm.
Or negativity.
And this.
Tool is available to you.
At any point.
You only need to.

A light soup.
So notice at your feet.
What goes on to your body.
Is it a suit of armor?
Is it an elegant dress?
How?
Does your protective suit.

Show up.
For you.
On your body.
Is there anything that covers the hands or the arms?
And what do you notice is protecting your head?
Take a nice deep breath in.
Exhale.
Take another deep breath in.
Energize this energy.
This energetic protective mechanism.
And know that.
It is available to you whenever you need it.
Simply setting your intention.
Using your imagination.
Is all that is required for you to activate this.
You can start to bring your attention back.
To your body.
Back to where you are in time and space by focusing on what your body is making contact with,
Whether it's your clothes or the seat you're sitting on.
Maybe your hair touching parts of you.
