This short grounding practice is an invitation to soften into trust. In just under a minute, you’ll be guided to remember that you are supported — by the natural world, your body, and the unseen forces that walk with you. Rather than trying to change or fix anything, this practice encourages gentle observation: noticing thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they arise, without judgment or urgency. This is a moment to breathe through impulses, rest in awareness, and relax into the version of yourself that is quietly emerging. You can return to this practice anytime you need reassurance, steadiness, or a reminder that growth does not require force — only presence.

So this message came in while I was journaling this morning and I want to share it in case there's someone else who needs to hear it as well.

I am supported by the natural,

Physical,

And spiritual worlds.

I am never alone and I always have help when I need it.

I know what is best for me and even when I choose not to do or listen to what is in my best interest,

I'm still learning a vital lesson along the way.

I'm learning to breathe through my impulsive desires and how to watch my emotions,

Thoughts,

And physical sensations as they arise within the body,

As though they are projections on a television screen.

I relax into this new higher vibrational self that's emerging,

Knowing fully well that I am supported.
