In this gentle guided practice, I share how to work with Quan Yin the mantra Namo Guan Shin Yin Pusa as an invocation of compassion. We begin by directing compassion inward. First offering it to ourselves, and then, from the overflow of what is nourished within, extending that compassion outward to others. A mala may be used as an optional support for repetition and focus, but it is not required. This practice is an invitation to soften, receive, and allow compassion to move through you.
