Actually,
Before we begin,
I do recommend if you can and feel to,
Sit with your root on the ground.
Actually put yourself on the ground if you can.
If not,
Perhaps have your feet touching or some connection,
But I find it personally really powerful to have my root chakra on the earth,
Really deepening into that connection.
Okay.
All right,
So yes,
So getting really comfortable.
And if it feels good and safe,
You're welcome to close your eyes.
Or if not,
Simply lower your gaze and just begin to breathe into your body,
Relaxing and softening on the out-breath and just beginning to arrive into your body and just noticing if there are any areas of tightness,
Any tension in your body,
Maybe in your neck,
Your shoulders,
And maybe moving,
Stretching,
Just beginning to allow these parts to soften,
To release a little bit more,
Maybe unclenching your jaw,
Softening your brow,
Just letting go a little bit more.
Breathing deeply into your body,
Really breathing into your lower body,
Really deepening into this part,
Arriving into your body,
Every breath,
Letting go a little bit more.
And now from up above,
Imagine a red copper light coming down and feel it coming down into the top of your head and down past your third eye,
Between your brow,
Really clearing,
Softening.
Feel it coming down your face,
Your cheeks,
And down into your throat,
Feeling this light clearing any stagnation,
Any stuck energies,
And down into your chest and your heart space,
Connecting into your heart,
And then drawing it down into your solar plexus,
Your power center,
The middle of your body,
And breathing it down.
Red copper light down into your sacral chakra beneath your belly button,
Allowing it to clear,
To soften,
And then breathing it down into your root chakra,
The base of your body.
And just really breathing in this red copper light into your root,
And just really taking a moment to feel it connecting in here,
Breathing it in,
Allowing it to deepen you into your body,
Getting into all the parts of your root area,
Your perineum,
Your pelvic bowl,
Your hips,
Really breathing that light down,
Bringing your awareness into your root chakra.
And as you breathe in this light,
Inviting you to bring yourself inside your root chakra,
Taking yourself inside your body,
Into your root,
And just taking a moment to land inside your root,
Letting it come into awareness,
However it does,
However you experience it is always perfect.
And as you arrive,
Just noticing what does it feel like to be inside your root chakra?
And keep breathing,
Keep staying present,
And feeling that light there with you,
Holding you,
Deepening you into your root.
And now from your root chakra,
And just start to feel that light going down,
Creating roots into the earth.
And just feel those roots begin to bury deep down,
Wider,
Deeper,
Inviting them to connect into the heart of Mother Earth.
And so just breathing your roots down,
Allowing them to connect deeply,
And feeling them connect into the grounding,
The nourishment,
The support of Mother Earth.
And as your roots connect down,
Beginning to breathe up through your roots,
Mother Earth's holding her loving,
Supportive energy,
Her grounding,
Her safety,
Feeling this come up through your roots,
Up into your root chakra,
Breathing it up,
Allowing it to hold you in your root.
Keep breathing,
Keep receiving it.
With every breath,
Feeling your root chakra soften,
And expand to receive more of this supportive holding energy from below.
Really feeling yourself held,
Supported,
Safe inside your root.
And allow your body to release,
To relax into this holding,
This safety,
And support.
And just noticing your root chakra,
As you breathe in this energy,
As you receive this holding,
This love.
And now,
We're going to invite in a younger version of you to be there with you.
This is a younger you,
Who stopped feeling safe,
Being here on Earth.
And just being open to whatever age they are,
Inviting in this younger version of you,
And feeling them arrive into your root chakra with you.
And just allowing them to make themselves known,
However they do.
Letting it come into your awareness.
What age is this younger version of you?
And just spending a moment connecting,
Simply noticing,
How does this younger version of you feel?
And now,
We're just going to ask them a couple of questions,
Whether they would like to share or not,
It's totally fine.
Why did this younger you stop feeling safe?
And what will support them to feel safe and held here on Earth?
And just receiving their answers,
Thanking them for sharing.
And if it feels good,
I invite you to imagine giving them whatever they need to support them to feel safe and held here on Earth.
So imagine bringing that in,
Whatever it is they needed or wanted,
And just bring that into the space.
Giving it to them now,
Fully,
Fully supporting them to feel safe and held here on Earth.
Keep supporting them just for a moment longer.
And now,
Within your root chakra,
Start to reconnect to feel that supportive,
Loving,
Grounding energy from Mother Earth,
As well as the red copper light from above.
And just begin to feel both of those energies really holding you both.
Really feeling them wrap you in this cocoon of safety within your root.
And deeply breathing those energies around you,
Within you,
Through you.
Receiving them,
Melting into them in your root.
And just keep breathing into this.
Deeper and deeper.
And keep breathing into it,
Deepening into it,
Deepening into your root,
Softening into your root.
And keep holding it.
Keep breathing into it.
And as you do,
Really feeling the power of your root activate.
Remembering this knowing of its power,
Its connection to Mother Earth and above.
Breathing,
Deepening,
Fully landing in your body.
Breathing,
Deepening,
And just noticing if it feels any different to really connect into your root.
And now,
As you breathe down into your root,
Begin to expand this energy into the area surrounding it.
So expanding it out into your hips,
Around the lower part of your body.
And just really feeling your foundation being held in this support,
Being totally supported.
And you can expand it as far and as wide as feels good for you today.
But you're welcome just to leave it there,
Really holding you as well.
Breathing.
Allowing your body to be supported.
And from this place,
We're going to ask your root chakra one question,
Just being open to whatever it wants to share with you today.
How can you fully embody your creative,
Powerful self?
And so just receiving this guidance.
Knowing you can come back and connect to your root at any time.
And just drawing that energy back into your root chakra.
Feeling this activation,
Its power.
It's holding safety and support.
And then just breathing it down through your roots,
Into the ground,
Into Mother Earth.
Connecting back into the physical.
And just take a couple more breaths in this space.
And now slowly begin to feel yourself back in your physical body.
Just becoming aware of the room you're in.
Any noises around you.
The temperature of the air on your skin.
Just beginning to bring in some movement,
Maybe stretching.
Feeling your physical body as you begin to arrive back into it.
And then just really taking your time to feel yourself back in the physical.
Really feeling your feet on the ground or your root,
If that was connected.
And when you're ready,
You can very gently open your eyes and bring yourself back into this space.
