It is all because you dedicated only 4 consecutive days to YOU. In this last session, you are simple guided through a peaceful forest, to soak in the beauty of nature that is always within your mind. Welcome to session 5 of Meditation for Anxiety Relief.

Find your comfortable position,

Ensuring you will not be disturbed for the duration of this session.

Meditation and meditation are so good for all levels of your awareness and every part of your body.

So appreciate this time you have set aside for you.

And as you listen to these sessions,

You will understand that worry and anxiety do not solve any issues.

All levels of your conscious awareness understand that anxiety doesn't solve any issue.

And perhaps when you realize that trying to control everything makes you enjoy not so much.

So let's slow down in order to really understand the importance of relaxation.

As I guide you toward these calm feelings and states of mind.

As you practice these meditations,

You will let go of the burden of anxiety.

Knowing that happier life is a more relaxed life.

Allow yourself to let go right now,

Easing into more relaxation with every moment that passes by.

There is a part of you that just by listening to my voice and the relaxing music,

Wants to just shift into a balanced and harmonious state of being.

You are dropping all old ways of thinking that don't serve you.

Let them go.

It is time.

If you want to close your eyes,

You may do so now.

You want to leave them open,

That's perfectly fine.

Whatever helps you let go even more.

Notice how anything that has stressed you out today is being eliminated with each moment that passes by.

There are several subtle shifts happening in you right now.

Your body is slowing down.

Your mind may be slowing down too.

Any worries or concerns are vanishing.

Allow any satisfying feelings to amplify as you relax more and more.

Even letting go of what's happening in your surroundings.

Any other noises you hear other than my voice and the music make you more relaxed.

Within your imagination,

Imagine a doorway.

This doorway is open and there is a door that is your favorite color.

It is a curious door.

You haven't seen one quite like it.

So step through this doorway and close it behind you.

Metaphorically leaving behind any worries,

Any anxieties as the door clicks shut.

You turn around and see you're in a magical forest filled with pine trees.

There are great tall pine trees that are very wide at the base.

They look to be hundreds of years old.

And you notice the younger pine trees too growing along the forest floor.

Their leaves are fresh and lime green.

Their small trunks are young but sturdy.

They are reaching for the sky even though it is years away.

And as you walk around and notice these magnificent trees all around you,

You feel as if they are communicating with you in a way that is so natural to you.

Almost as if you have always known how to communicate with these great trees.

You breathe in deeply the oxygen that they provide.

And you understand their messages.

They speak to you in feelings and emotions.

You are filled with joy and gratitude to be alive.

Breathing in the life force of oxygen,

Feeling the warm air leave your body,

Carrying with it carbon dioxide to feed the plants around you.

You and the trees are sharing your breath.

They breathe out oxygen that you inhale.

And you breathe out carbon dioxide that they inhale.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Sharing your gifts with one another.

This forest is bringing you into perfect harmony.

A comfortable balance between human and nature.

You see that the forest floor is a collection of pine needles layered year after year.

They are so soft,

Gentle,

A warm brown color.

Have a seat down in the pine needles.

Notice the surface is almost like a mattress.

Soft plush.

Lay down with your back on the pine needles.

The pine needles are flexible under your weight.

It's quite possibly the softest thing you've ever laid upon.

You look up into the trees,

Trying to find the tops.

You are in perfect balance.

Your body is flowing with beauty.

You see the branches of the pine trees.

They seem to avoid each other in a perfect way.

It's almost as if the trees allow for each tree to have its own space.

They are growing in harmony as well,

Each making room for one another.

The pine trees are all one big family,

Living in the forest in harmony.

Each tree only wants to reach for the sun.

You are so blissful and relaxed.

Take a few deep breaths in and out as you surrender your anxious ways.

You are here because you no longer want to be anxious.

So let go of these old ways while you rest here in the ancient forest.

Every moment that passes by,

You are more relaxed.

You feel more whole.

And you feel balanced and harmonized.

So you stand up from the soft pine needles and walk back towards that closed door.

You see it before you and reach for the handle.

As you step through the doorway,

You step through,

Bringing a new way of life.

One that is calm and relaxed,

Confident and grateful to be alive.

And leave that door open,

Having access to the magical forest of peace at any time that you need it.

Returning your awareness to your body resting heavily on your bed or chair.

Notice how relaxed you are.

Returning your awareness to the present moment.

Open your eyes whenever you're ready and reflect on how you feel.

Tranquility.
