Find yourself a comfortable position,

Seated with your feet flat on the floor.

Feel your weight settling into the chair as you rest and relax into this position.

Ready to deepen your awareness,

To connect to your own beautiful,

Unique core,

To ground yourself in this present moment so that you can re-enter the world in your day.

Fully connected,

Fully present,

Fully energised.

So bringing your awareness to your breath,

Flow in with your in-breath and relax with your out-breath.

So in your own time,

Breathing in,

Flow your awareness into your body.

Breathing out,

Relax your muscles,

Feel your body letting go,

Resting,

Even sighing out the tension or the stress.

What a relief.

Breathing in,

Flow your awareness right into your body.

Breathing out,

Relax,

Let go,

Rest.

Just do this breathing on your own for a moment.

And now with one last moment of attention on your breathing,

Just really feel your body expanding in a relaxed way as you breathe in and feel you flowing fully into your body and filling up that space,

Your awareness flowing into the core of your body.

And just still relaxing and letting the muscles go,

Relax and rest as you breathe out.

So you flow right into your body and now let go the awareness of your breathing.

Just stay with that awareness in the core of your body.

Feel yourself drop further in as you relax more.

So you flow your awareness right down to your pelvic bowl,

Right into the core of your body at the Dantian.

For women it's four or five fingers width below your belly button and halfway between the front and the back of your body.

For men it's about three fingers width below your belly button and again halfway between the front and the back of your body.

So just for a moment allow your awareness to rest here as you continue to feel yourself flowing in and resting in this space and your body relaxing more and more.

Now I want you to see or imagine a light right in that space in the core of your body.

See a light there and as you're breathing in and out see the light glowing brighter and stronger.

Really feel it,

It might just contract a little as you breathe out,

It might get bigger and brighter as you breathe in.

Just really get a feel energetically for that light inside you coming from the very core of you.

This beautiful brilliant light glowing brightening.

Feel that light if it hasn't already,

Feel it filling all of you,

All of your physical body,

Every part of your physical body is filled with that light.

Feel it flowing through every cell,

Every organ,

Every muscle and bone right through to the tips of your fingers,

Through to the bottoms of your feet and the top of your head.

Feel it filling you like a big smile.

Feel the warmth,

The nourishment,

The support that comes with this brilliant light shining from inside you and filling you.

Feel it holding you,

Holding every part of you.

As it fills even more and spreads outside your physical body,

Feel it filling and flowing through your emotional body,

Your energetic body.

Feel it meeting and recognizing your spirit.

Feel it flowing right out to arms length all the way around you so that you are standing in a brilliant glowing circle of light that comes from the very core of you.

I want you to remember to hold yourself in the very heart of this light,

In the core of your body resting in the center of your pelvis,

Right in that space,

That powerful center and feel the light emanating out from there with you at its core glowing,

Radiant,

Strong,

Brilliant you.

As you feel,

Really feel yourself staying in this central hub of you.

I want you also to flow that light down through your legs,

Right down through your feet and imagine it flowing right down into the earth.

So it's going 10 meters into the earth.

It can go all the way to the core of the earth if you wish.

Plug it right into the heart of Mother Earth and feel that light spreading out like the roots of a tree so that you are really grounded and strong and supported by the earth,

So that you are really connected into this present moment here and now.

And imagine the roots of those trees connecting to other people,

Connecting to people you love,

Connecting to people you work with.

They can connect to everyone on this earth.

It is a connection of love and humanity and compassion So just imagine that now,

Really feel into that grounding,

That energy focusing you right here and now in your present moment.

Feel that nourishment coming from the Mother Earth and feel that connection to others.

Those connections like the roots of a tree help you to nourish others and to be nourished.

They help you to connect deeply and genuinely with others.

And with this light flowing from the core of you,

You are safe and free to be you.

So now take a moment to really rest again in the core,

Feel the light at around you and the connection to the earth and to others.

Take a moment to be really fully present here with the core of you,

Who you really are.

Feel the acceptance and the love that comes from deep spirit.

Feel the love that comes from deep spirit.

Feel the love that comes from deep spirit.

And now,

You can continue on.

Resting in this space.

Feeling the compassion,

The connection,

The groundedness of you.

Feel that smile rising from the core of you,

Through all of your body.

Feel it resting on your face,

Bursting into your awareness.

And when you're ready,

You can just take a calm deep breath in,

Relaxing deep breath out.

Just do that once or twice and really feel your feet on the floor again,

The weight of your body on the seat.

And now the breath in and out and bring yourself back to awareness of the room around you and the sounds around you.

As you open your eyes and take this smiling heart of you with you for the day.

Very beautiful and a good way to equip yourself with your spiritual power. Hard work at some points to visualize and to stay centered during prolonged silences but I will keep practicing.
