To begin sit or lie down in a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your heart center.

Imagine a glowing light energy radiating from this space.

It is a beautiful nurturing white light energy filled with love,

Positivity and deep peace.

As you breathe in this light expands covering your entire body and as you breathe out this glowing light energy retracts back into your heart center.

Visualize this as we take three deep breaths together.

Let me guide you and simply imagine the expansion and release of this light energy.

You have calmed your mind,

Body and soul down completely using just your breath.

You have invited in peace from the harmonious vibrations around you.

You are falling into a deep and nurturing relaxation.

Everything is as it should be.

Everything is right on time.

Feel the surface upon which you are sitting or lying down on and allow your body to become even heavier.

You are lying upon the earth and it is nurturing your body with loving vibrations.

Let yourself surrender into the arms of Mother Nature.

Let her love hold you and let yourself be held.

You are supported by the love of the universe.

You are never alone.

You are safe and protected.

You are strong and resilient.

You can handle anything that comes your way.

You are completely at peace.

You are deeply relaxed.

You may open your eyes.
