Relaxation.
I want you to choose a point on the wall just above your line of vision.
Choose this point and concentrate your eyes on it.
Just keep on looking at that point while you listen to the sound of my voice.
Now nobody wants anything,
Nobody expects anything.
There is nothing whatsoever for you to do except to relax.
Your eyelids are becoming heavy and tired as you keep on looking at that point and listening to the sound of my voice.
More and heavier,
More and more tired and tired.
And now you just let your eyelids close and relax.
Now take a deep breath and as you breathe out you find that you are getting even more relaxed.
Gentle inhale and exhale in your own natural rhythm.
You find that with each breath that you take you are going deeper and deeper into the relaxation.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And the more you relax the better you feel.
And the better you feel the more you allow yourself to relax.
Now I want to ask you to concentrate for a moment on the skin on the top of your head.
Feel it relaxing.
And let this relaxation flow down to your forehead,
To your eyes,
Relaxing the muscles of your eyes and the muscles around your eyes.
Relax your cheeks.
Loosen your jaw.
Now feel this relaxation flow down to your neck muscles and let this feeling go down to your arms,
All the way down to your hands and your fingers.
You may feel a little tingling in your fingers.
That is just the feeling of the peaceful energy flowing in your body.
Now move your attention to your back muscles.
Relax the muscles around your spine,
From your neck going down,
Down,
Down,
All the way down to your lower back.
Now concentrate on your chest and the area just beneath your chest.
Feel it going up and down with each breath.
As you breathe you are becoming more and more relaxed.
With the next breath relax your stomach muscles.
All your internal organs are slowing down as you just relax and let go.
Feel the relaxation flow down to your hips,
All through your legs,
Knees,
Your calves,
All the way down to the tips of your toes.
Feel the cozy,
Soft,
Warm blanket of relaxation covering your whole body.
You are now calm and relaxed.
Just let go and allow yourself to be peaceful,
To feel good,
To feel relaxed.
Just let go.
As you breathe calmly,
Slowly and regularly you are going deeper and deeper.
You are flowing down,
Down,
Down inside your subconsciousness.
You feel peaceful,
Safe,
Good.
Each breath that you take,
Each beat of your heart takes you deeper and deeper,
Further and further into the wonderland of your subconsciousness.
I want you to imagine now that you are standing on a top of a beautiful hill.
In front of you there is a path.
That path is leading down through a lovely green forest.
It's a pleasant summer day.
You feel the warm sun rays and refreshing gentle wind caressing your skin.
You hear birds in the trees singing their joyful song.
Follow the path now.
Just walk down and down through the lush forest,
Observing the vegetation around you.
You feel safe and peaceful and with each step that you take you are getting more and more relaxed.
Open all your senses and experience everything that surrounds you.
You now hear a gentle hum of a water nearby.
Follow that sound.
The trees are thinning down and you can see a clearing ahead.
When you walk into that clearing you can see green,
Green grass and colorful flowers all around you.
There is a small stream just calling you to come over and wash your hands and face in its refreshing water.
Feel the pleasant coolness on your face washing off all the worries,
All the troubles that you might still hold on to.
You feel wonderful.
You may want to walk around and touch or smell the flowers or maybe just lie down and rest for a moment in the safe,
Peaceful place of relaxation.
Suddenly you sense a friendly presence.
You can see or hear someone approaching you.
It may be your spiritual guide or your personal angel or maybe just a close friend or relative,
Someone you like and trust.
Or he or she may not have any form at all.
It might be just a golden mist or a beautiful light if you choose so.
You feel amazing warmth and love flowing strongly towards you.
Welcome and embrace your visitor in any way you like.
You know that this beautiful creature came to you to help you,
To help you solve your current problem,
To give you answers or advice,
Whether it's a health problem or an emotional one or maybe a situation where you're unsure of which way to go.
You know that he or she will have the answers you're looking for.
You feel safe,
Accepted and loved.
Now ask your guest that important question lingering in your mind and listen to the answer.
If you need to,
You can ask more questions about this matter or maybe about something else.
Or if you feel satisfied,
Just enjoy his or her warm presence.
It's time for your guest to leave now.
Thank him or her for the help,
The wisdom and the love that was shared with you.
Say goodbye in any way you like.
Remember that whenever you have the need for answers,
You can just close your eyes and instantly you will go into deep trance and back to this beautiful clearing to meet your friendly guide.
