Relaxation I want you to choose a point on the wall just above your line of vision.
Choose this point and concentrate your eyes on it.
Just keep on looking at that point while you listen to the sound of my voice.
Now nobody wants anything,
Nobody expects anything.
There is nothing whatsoever for you to do except to relax.
Your eyelids are becoming heavy and tired as you keep on looking at that point and listening to the sound of my voice.
More heavier and heavier,
More and more tired and tired.
And now you just let your eyelids close and relax.
Now take a deep breath and as you breathe out you find that you are getting even more relaxed.
Gentle inhale and exhale in your own natural rhythm.
You find that with each breath that you take you are going deeper and deeper into the relaxation.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And the more you relax the better you feel.
And the better you feel the more you allow yourself to relax.
Now I want to ask you to concentrate for a moment on the skin on the top of your head.
Feel it relaxing.
And let this relaxation flow down to your forehead,
To your eyes,
Relaxing the muscles of your eyes and the muscles around your eyes.
Relax your cheeks,
Loosen your jaw.
Now feel this relaxation flow down to your neck muscles and let this feeling go down to your arms,
All the way down to your hands and your fingers.
You may feel a little tingling in your fingers.
That is just the feeling of the peaceful energy flowing in your body.
Now move your attention to your back muscles.
Relax the muscles around your spine,
From your neck going down,
Down,
Down,
All the way down to your lower back.
Now concentrate on your chest and the area just beneath your chest.
Feel it going up and down with each breath.
As you breathe you are becoming more and more relaxed.
With the next breath relax your stomach muscles.
All your internal organs are slowing down as you just relax and let go.
Feel the relaxation flow down to your hips,
All through your legs,
Knees,
Your calves,
All the way down to the tips of your toes.
Feel the cozy,
Soft,
Warm blanket of relaxation covering your whole body.
You are now calm and relaxed.
Just let go and allow yourself to be peaceful,
To feel good,
To feel relaxed.
Just let go.
As you breathe calmly,
Slowly and regularly you are going deeper and deeper.
You are flowing down,
Down,
Down inside your subconsciousness.
You feel peaceful,
Safe,
Good.
Each breath that you take,
Each beat of your heart takes you deeper and deeper,
Further and further into the wonderland of your subconsciousness.
Your mind and your body are now in a pleasant state of deep trance.
You may feel some signs of that state.
You may notice that your arms and your legs are very heavy and limp or light as a feather.
You may feel pleasant warmth in some parts of your body or maybe refreshing coolness in another part.
There may be some tingling in your fingers or your toes or maybe on your face.
Or you may just feel overall peace and relaxation.
Your body is loose,
Limp and relaxed.
It is resting.
Your conscious mind is also resting.
That's great.
Just let your conscious mind drift off deeper and deeper.
Just let it go to sleep so my words can reach your inner subconscious mind.
That part of your mind that keeps your memories,
Your experiences,
All your emotions and deepest desires.
Just let yourself communicate with that part of you that knows more.
And as you breathe calmly,
Slowly and regularly,
You are going deeper and deeper.
You're flowing down,
Down,
Down inside your subconsciousness.
You feel peaceful,
Safe,
Good.
Each breath that you take,
Each beat of your heart takes you deeper and deeper,
Further and further into the wonderland of your subconsciousness.
Now I want you to imagine a stack of boxes in front of you.
The boxes have different sizes and colors.
Each of them has a keyhole and you see that you're holding a master key in your hand that could open and close each of the boxes.
Open a box and send an unnecessary thought or a problem that you have on your mind into this box.
Then close the box tightly and lock it with your master key.
Now put the box away.
You can open it later when the time comes for you to deal with that problem.
But for now you just let it go.
If you have more thoughts or problems or maybe some disturbing emotions,
You just put them away into the boxes,
Remembering to lock each box with your master key.
You can put away any noises that may be bothering you right now,
Any sensations,
Any thoughts.
Deal with it later,
After you've had your well deserved relaxation.
That's right.
Just put the boxes away and let it go.
More relaxed now,
Feeling calm and very peaceful.
Now just allow yourself a few minutes of quiet relaxation.
Listen to the beautiful music,
To your own breath.
Let the complete calmness cover you like a soft warm blanket.

Just let yourself drift off into the land of dreams.
Or if you need to come back to here and now.
When I count from 1 up to 5,
You will let your eyes open.
You are calm,
Rested,
Refreshed,
Relaxed and feeling good.

Each muscle and nerve in your body is loose,
Limp and relaxed.
You feel wonderfully good.

From head to toe you're feeling perfect in every way.

Your eyes begin to feel sparkling clean,
Just as though they were bathed in a cool spring water.
On the next number now,
You will let your eyes open.
You are calm,
Rested,
Refreshed,
Relaxed and feeling good.

Eyes open now,
Take a deep breath,
Fill up your lungs,
Stretch and smile.
