Close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths and get yourself into the state of relaxation.
Concentrate on your feet and feel yourself connecting to the earth.
As you inhale,
Imagine that you are breathing in red energy up your legs and into your root chakra.
Also,
Allow your breath to bring in red energy from the air.
At the same time,
Spin your root chakra in the correct direction.
With each breath,
Allow more red energy to move up your legs to feel and balance your root chakra.
Continue to breathe red energy into your root chakra until you feel balanced.
With your next breath,
Move your awareness up to your second sacral chakra.
Allow the red energy in your root chakra to move up and into orange energy in your sacral chakra.
Visualize the correct spin for both the front and the back of your sacral chakra.
See your sacral chakra spinning in the correct direction.
With each new breath,
Feel the energy moving from the red root chakra into the orange sacral chakra and also allow the orange energy to come in from the air.
Continue to breathe orange energy into your sacral chakra until it feels balanced.
With your next breath,
Move your awareness up to your third chakra,
The solar plexus.
Allow the orange energy from the sacral chakra to move up into the yellow energy of your solar plexus.
See the solar plexus chakra spinning in the correct direction.
With each new breath,
Feel the energy moving up from the orange sacral chakra up to the yellow solar plexus chakra and also allow the yellow energy to come in from the air.
Continue to breathe yellow into your solar plexus chakra until it feels balanced.
With your next breath,
Move your awareness up to your fourth chakra,
To your heart.
Allow the yellow energy from your solar plexus move up into the green energy in your heart chakra.
