Holy crap,

What just happened?

Find your breath.

Take a few deep breaths in and sigh them out.

Forcibly exhale,

Release that tension,

Feel your shoulders drop,

Feel your jaw loosen,

Let it go.

Continue breathing this way until you truly feel your body relax.

You are not your thoughts.

You are not your experiences.

You are a soul,

Spirit being having a human experience.

And it's okay to get tripped up,

Confused,

Or shaken by what's happening in your world.

Feeling the stability and the ease that your true self provides is the source to your freedom.

Let this tension go.

Find something joyful or at least slightly more positive on which to focus your attention.

If you're able to,

Look outside or get outside.

Find a piece of nature,

Maybe a bird flying by,

The stars above,

A blade of grass,

Or a random squirrel.

Find something that helps you remember you are not alone in this world.

Mother nature is always here,

Working her magic alongside you.

When you can't think of anything good,

Or you don't see anything positive in your world,

Remind yourself to take a breath.

You are an incredible being.

You are stronger than you know.

You are more in tune with your higher self than you may feel right now.

Don't let someone else's bad day become your bad day.

Allow the true,

Eternal nature of who you are build inside you right now.

Find a way to climb out of your fearful thoughts and turn toward love.

In this moment,

You are safe.

In this moment,

You have the opportunity to choose love.

In this moment,

You have the opportunity to remove your focus from all the craziness,

All the crap that is happening in your world.

Release it.

Let it go.

Remind yourself of the joy in your life.

Holding on to one positive thought for 17 seconds is enough to radically change your life.

Find that thought and hold it.

Think it over and over and over again.

Feel the joy,

The steadiness,

And the higher vibration it brings.

Continue focusing on this thought while you find your breath,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes to more ease,

Comfort,

And peace in your world.

Thanks so much for this meditation I have been so anxious about my dog who injured his leg and is hobbling around on a huge splint I will focus on the love and joy he brings to me and watch how resilient he is I need to take a lesson from him ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
